The staff was so friendly and helpful. They all seemed to like their job & it showed by the way they treated us. The breakfast was really good & fresh all 3 mornings. They went out of their way to help us with pool towels & anything that we asked for. Can't say enough good in regards to the staff & management. The pool was great also.

The only thing was there seemed to be alot of walking traffic through the parking lot but thats not anything the staff can control.

This hotel has recently been completely renovated and it was very nicely done. Our room was clean and comfortable, with very good beds. Breakfast was provided, but the quality of the items available was a bit disappointing. For anyone traveling on Interstate 10, this hotel is an outstanding option. There is easy access to restaurants and other necessities. We were traveling with a small dog, so we also appreciate the fact that it is pet friendly.

Breakfast selections were limited and the quality wasn't great. The coffee, however, is excellent!

The whole hotel was great and very clean

The front desk clerk she was very rude when I tried to show her that maybe 3 hours before I got there the money was already taking off my card. Then when I got there she told me she had to swipe my card again cause that was just a hold on my card so she swiped it for $150 so now I'm out of $150 that they over charged me.

The staff was AMAZING! The kind lady at the front desk helped fix a problem with the room (that was a problem for me, but was standard for the room) She went FAR above and beyond!!

The pictures on every website as well as the description showed the Double Queen room as having an arm chair and due to the new remodel, it now does not.

the front desk staff and breakfast staff went above and beyond . everything was clean , they even gave me a sewing kit .housekeeping was great rooms nice and clean, bonus was a laundry and swim pool. very close to lafayette for the festival..( only 3 miles).also close to crwfish festival the next weekend.

Just an overnight stay while travelling. AC was really good. We were pulling a trailer and had some parking for those longer vehicles which was nice to see. Came in really late but front desk staff was really friendly. Pet friendly which was a huge plus on this trip traveling with cats.

When we arrived, they didn't have any more room keys so once we got in, someone would have to stay in the room until we fully left. There was a large wet spot (puddle) in front of the AC which was a shock when i stepped in it. The first room that we got didn't have the bed made, so they had to move us to a different room, but was quick to change it.

Construction going on, had to change 3 rooms due to roo.s full of Construction suff, cleaned room had someone prior to us, beds rumpled, food in trash...so I'm sure once Construction finished it will be great

The staff were extremely friendly. All of them. Room clean. Beds comfortable. Quiet even on the weekend. Loved to have both the refrigerator and microwave.

I could tell the hotel had been mostly remodeled and well done. But I was so surprised to find a large patch of mold and crumpling sheetrock in the bathroom of 203. Otherwise the room was perfect. It is very unsightly and I would think most guests would find it disgusting.

The breakfast was ok. The location is good but a little tricky if you was to get to the other side of the highway. There is a very good 24hr food spot across the street called Bugaloos ( recommended by the staff).

The room is pretty dated but I was told they were going to undergo renovations soon.
