Great location and much more reasonable price compared to similar places in Baton Rouge and La Fayette. Beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. Kids said the sofa bed was comfy too, which is rare for a sofa bed. Provided nice bath products and vanity kit. Breakfast was good and they had complimentary cookies the evening before. We also loved Momma the cat who was laying around the lobby and the front desk while were there. She was very sweet and let us give her lots of pets.

The only issue we ran into was were the cards for the door lock. When we first arrived and went up to the room, the card wouldn't work, so had to go back down to the front desk to get it recoded. The desk clerk gave us two new cards and when we tried it again, it again wouldn't work. After messing with it and trying it several time, the lock finally turned green. It seems like that particular door may have a janky or broken card reader. Other than that, no complaints.

It’s very hard to get to off the highway. There’s no entrance to the parking lot. You have to go through a Mexican food restaurant parking lot to get the hotel. Passed it up several times until we figured it out. Others staying said they did the same thing.

The hotel is very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Morning breakfast was better than many offered by other chains or locations. The room was quiet and met all our needs quite well.

It is a little tricky getting into hotel area when first arriving. Very little signage on the road and one must drive through the parking lot of several cajun attraction store to enter.

I ended up here because my car stalled on the way to Houston. I was almost rear ended when my auto went into limp mode. Limp mode is when an auto slows itself from 80mph to 50mph to prevent catastrophic engine damage. I pulled off of the road and used booking.com to find a hotel. The staff was friendly and had a positive southern vibe. The room was clean and the breakfast was hot and delicious. We travel often and my teenager said that the breakfast variety was the best. The biscuits and gravy were a hit for my husband, my daughter loved the pancakes and I loved the coffee and chobani yogurt. Mary Ann was an marvelous host. She kept the tables clean after people left the area and was wonderful. We met a traveller in her 60's named Betty Ann who engaged me in conversation and bonded with my teenager once she came to breakfast after deciding to sleep in. It was a delightful morning to a terrible night. Being a part of booking made getting a room easy and convenient.

The parking lot was kind of difficult to park in. There seemed to be a lot of guest that were probably workmen because of the large pickups. On one end of the parking lot were a group of semis stacked upon each other. I wish I had taken a photo. I was not sure it if was hotel parking or another property. After about 5 minutes of driving around I found a space where I could park AND open the doors of my vehicle.

Shower did not work, but was fixed. New and was not hooked up properly somehow. We were offered another room, but they fixed it and we stayed in the room.

Room key was very hard to use but they are remodeling so probably dust had gotten into lock. Staff said new locks will be installed upon completion of remodel.

The staff is pleasant and the room was nice. The free breakfast was excellent generally although the egg white "omelets" were awful.

I have stayed here several times and this time for the first time they charged a pet fee. This fee was NOT mentioned on the booking.com information even though I specifically searched for a pet friendly hotel. The fee is called a deposit but it is nob-refundable.

I choose this property regularly because of the breakfast and availability for truck parking

Small parking lot with truck parking. It was very busy so all truck parking was pretty well used up.

Location was easy, off the interstate. Room was clean and the pool area inviting. Staff was lovely. The outside looks quite modest but once you're inside, you'll be glad you chose this hotel.

Only one restaurant close by, but this isn't the fault of or in the hotel's control.

Perfect for a quick stop on the way to New Orleans. Located just off the I-10 but couldn’t hear this from the room. Clean rooms with fridge
