The hotel is new, very clean. Has an indoor pool and workout area. Very spacious lobby. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. A bit pricey though. Excellent staff especially Hope, they let us check in early and it was a great help. It is a new construction so very well kept up.

Unfortunately the location is not the best. Not a great neighborhood or close to anywhere to eat. The area around is not really safe. But the hotel is well secured. I thought the breakfast was pricey, but good.

The staff were exceptional. from the moment we entered the team on reception were the most welcoming we encountered in 3 weeks travelling the states. The single guy behind the bar and serving the restaurant was also fab and the breakfast woman wow. the energy was insane and sooo funny. Hotel itself was clean and comfortable with large rooms and everything you need.

Everything was great. The staff was EXCELLENT. The food was really good. The bar experience was very good. I met a customer who said he comes once a month for the drinks alone, and a couple from the area that came to dinner there once a week. The bartender was very personable and had great conversation. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Only concern was the noise from those guests going up and down the steps, but that was just the luck of the draw as far of the room location... room 116.

You have a lovely hotel. Especially the people. Everyone I met couldn’t have been more hospitable, like they were glad we were there. True Southern hospitality. Room, hallways, vending area, extremely clean. The food and service were excellent. We arrived around the restaurant at 9pm and they greeted us like it was 6pm. We hope were inthe area again. We won’t hesitate to book at a Holiday Inn again.

Everything was great. From the best greeting of the receptionist. To our relaxing stay and slept very well in our comfortable bed. Had a very relaxing swim in the pool and spa. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the waiters were extremely nice and courteous. Will be back again for another stay...

Just a minor problem but it was fix immediately.

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly- service in restaurants for both dinner and breakfast were excellent

Bed was a little too high- needs a step stool

It was nice and clean. Since it was decorated for Christmas, it was very festive and pretty.

The only negative thing I have to say was the comfort of the bed in our room. The room itself was nice and clean. The mattress wasn’t lumpy or anything, just a little too firm for my preference.

Loved that the building was up to date!

The location was awkward to get to and the trying to get on and off the main road was quite dangerous. It was an extremely busy 3 lane highway with no light to cross.
