Very comfortable, we had everything we needed (coffee, tea, kettle, washing machine, air conditioning), excellent soundproofing. Very close to everything. Clean place. We were contacted by the owner with information about check in well in advance. Well priced. Spacious for longer stays.

Unfortunately, there was a strange issue with the WiFi: all websites were presenting invalid certificates and could not be reached for safety. Occasionally we were redirected to advertising. Internet connection from apps mostly worked. We didn't contact the owner to resolve this.

An easy self checkin and checkout- that’s so good! Modern, newly equipped room with a stylish, bright bathroom, even with a small kitchen, bottles of water, little fridge and the washing machine. The location in the very center of the old town between the nice old streets and buildings.

Towels’ dryer in the bathroom is not warming up. A parking place must be found in the nearest streets (paid or not-paid, depends on a spot). It may get really noisy of the street traffic.

We stayed second time here - can not expect more than we get. Comfortable, very clean, spacious room and bathroom, which is really modern and bright. Good wi-fi. Even with small kitchen with good dishes, water, coffee/tea. The best thing is easy self checkin at any time you decide.

Be ready for a little bit noisy traffic in the mornings, because an old town houses and street are right besides. And parking place will be in the streets nearby.

Modern design, equipped with everything for a daily use, incl. air conditioning, central location, spacious room, we would definitely stay there again! Very comfortable!

A room is arranged very well. Everything which is needed is placed at room. Clean, clarity and comfortable, these are terms that we can describe this hotel. I really recommend this object.

Very clean and modern looking (which can be a problem with properties in Raciborz), fantastic location - next to the city centre but far enough so that you won't get woken up at night by people on the streets.

Hot water ran out from the boiler. I travel a lot but outside of backpacking through Asia haven't ever experienced a hotel where hot water runs out and you have to wait till more is heated. And it's not like we let it run for a long time. This was very surprising. Also, no iron in the room and was ignored when tried to contact the owner asking if it was somewhere in the common areas.

Location is very good.

The rooms contain a washing machine but no fluid to actually use it. In the shower it wasn't clear to me how to get the water flowing from the top unit, maybe its broken? please check (room nr. 5)
