Very clean and spacious rooms. very close to the floating market. the whole resort is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. the hot stones massage was amazing! I would definitely recommend this resort for staying in Can Tho!!

the food can be improved. Considering the commitment for the environment and sustainability, I was surprised to don’t find enough vegetarian options, it was mostly fish or meat. the staff was kind but a bit too pushy, they texted me almost everyday before my stay for book tours and order already the dinner. when we arrived unfortunately there wasn’t all that we ordered and they asked us to order something else. the breakfastthe swimming pool could have been a bit more clean.

We are a family of 4 and we booked two connecting rooms. The rooms were huge, the biggest rooms we have ever had in our history of travel. Almost like a massive luxurious apartment. (To the point we almost felt tired walking around trying to find our stuff when packing). We got one super king-size bed for me and my husband, and for the twin room, the beds were two double beds. There were several swimming pool areas which were large, clean, superb for both adults and children. We enjoyed our stay so much, we wished we had time to extend the stay.

The entrance to the place perhaps could be upgraded to be more grand to match the inside.

Really good pool with shaded sun lounges. Very generous breakfast included and extensive delicious dinner menu - Please try the claypot catfish. Spacious rooms with huge ensuites. All of the staff were very attentive and eager to please. We booked the Floating Market tour staffed by Ecolodge. Our Guide Vinh (Vincent) spoke excellent English and made sure our family of 5 had an amazing experience. I'm certain not all tour guides are as invested in their clients. Free bikes are good to explore the surrounds with.

Bikes could do with some maintenance.

Can Tho Ecolodge was lovely. The premises are beautiful, the rooms spacious and the pool is great. There’s free bicycles for the guests to use. Great place to relax!

It’s a small thing but it did annoy me… We stayed at Can Tho Ecolodge with my one-year-old and, at some point, she broke a ceramic spoon. She dropped it on the floor while we had lunch at the restaurant. The staff presented us with a bill of 60.000 VND for the broken spoon. For me this is just not a great display of hospitality. I don’t think you should be charging your guests for a spoon… Things break, it happens. It’s not like people break things on purpose. I feel like small things breaking is something you need to accept if you’re in the hospitality business. Especially if small children are involved… Like I said, its a small thing, but for me it doesn’t belong in the hospitality service.

Breakfast was great. Restaurant food was very good. Grounds are very pretty. Short cab ride to the floating market. Free bikes to explore the neighborhood. Rooms are HUGE. The wooden bathtub is amazing. Staff super friendly.

Pool was too warm. With the hot weather would have liked it to be a little more refreshing. Security guard wanted money or something to be let back in at the rear gate after exploring the neighborhood at night. Just gave him a beer. Need to keep AC on all the time to keep the temperature at a normal level.

The staff were amazing, very helpful with everything we needed, could speak English which helped. The location was nice and quite out of the hussle of town but not too far. Rooms were amazing they were huge clean and comfortable. Also loved the free bikes we could use such q beautiful place.

My only thing I noticed was the green algae around the edges of the pool but water was still clean other than that everything was great very happy with our stay.

A beautiful, quiet location and very relaxing - easy to forget worries and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was pretty good and the room was stunning. The design of the rooms and especially the huge bathroom is lovely.

The pool really needs some proper cleaning as it is quite grimy around the sides, also the bath in our room had a serious leak, which made it a little scary! A little rough around the edges then, just in need of a little TLC which I hope it will get soon as more tourists come back to the country.

Clean and comfortable. Great staff. I read sone complaints about the international food at the restaurant. But you do ‘t go to Vietnam for pasta and burger, do you? The local food is great, tasty and fresh. We had several chances to taste vegetables and fish. Really worth it. Other star to the position. If you go to visit the floating market, it’s just few minutes away from the resort.

Nothing to complain about

Can Tho Ecolodge is a little paradise, perfect for couples and families. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the flowery gardens perfectly maintained and all the facilities (pool, restaurant, spa) are wonderful. The staff is kind, welcoming and always available. Overall, the Ecolodge is a delight for the eyes and an incredibly relaxing place to spend few days if you are planning to visit the Mekong Delta. We highly recommend it !

The Ecolodge is 15mins by car away from the Can Tho city center and it is difficult to find taxis that can bring you into town.

it was well placed out of the hustle and bustle of Can Tho and out of the back gate was a path. you could use one of their free cycles to safely cycle back to the city centre or the other way to the meeting of the main road. I went on one of the tours offered to the floating market which was really good. I also had a full body massage.

The room had a beautiful wooden bath that I would of loved to use but would of taken the whole time of my stay to fill
