Very comfortable good-sized room with excellent bathroom and gorgeous river view. Hotel staff was just amazing, very polite and helpful and always ready to please the customer.

On two days out of the three full days we had at this hotel the pool area was closed to hotel guests for private events all day. The closures were announced at very short notice just the day before each closure. This is regrettable and should be handled differently so that hotel guests can at least adapt their plans.

first thing to Say Is that we are a couple traveling to experience the places we visit, and we are not seeking for luxury hotels to Just stay all day in, or looking for the hotel fancy lifestyle. therefore we cannot speak for those Who Just want the be treated like vips everywhere they go. (here on booking we read bad reviews of 5 stars hotel Just because the ladies didnt get the best manicure they expected, which Is very misleading when It comes to choose a Place to stay for normal people). for what we could see the place Is highly recommended. we didnt have a chance to have breakfast because we left at 5:30 for the mekong tour, but we had lunch, which was fresh good and had a late check out for free due to the tour timings. we didnt use the spa or pool areas so we cant talk about them. anyways this Place was the cleanest and nicest Place we've been so far on our Vietnam trip. the reception was great and they recommended an honest tour, managed by a local family. the guy and the lady took really great care of us and were absolutely friendly (not fake friendly), we had fun. room service works 24h. hot water all the time. comfy bed. no bad smells, you can use the stairs and ask for a lower floor room if you dont like elevators (like me). when we travel, we always choose the best option concerning price and quality. so we stay in 5stars hotel but also homestays. we found a great offer that justified this stay, we have no idea what are the prices normally. we booked the day before, High season, and spent less than a cheap Place in Italy on a regular day of the year.

everything was perfect, thank you. as we Need to Say a bad thing on booking ti be reliable, we didnt have our luggages (small carryon backpack) carried to the room even if the vallet service was there and ready. maybe we looked too confident on carrying those tiny bags by ourselfs, which for us was not a problem at all. but for those Who Need to be treated like celebrities please stay away from this horrible Place, stay home.

We liked ABSOLUTELY everything about this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, we were upgraded to the 25th floor with an amazing view of both the city and river. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. We had read how good the breakfasts were, but we were a little sceptical after reading similar reviews elsewhere only to be disappointed. WELL, we were not disappointed with it. It had a large variety. We are heavy meat eaters and were able to fill up on bacon, eggs, sausage, and pate. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Nothing, everything great.

Enormous buffet for breakfast! Huge variety of food. They also offer enormous buffets on certain nights for dinner, which we did not do but looked very impressive with enormous slabs of beef and other meat. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The location was Central and you could walk to explore the town. Beautiful view of the river and also the main street which was lit up beautifully.

The pool did not have any shade and the water was kind of strange. I don’t know how else to describe it, but we only went in one time. The gym was good except the air conditioning wasn’t working so that was less than ideal.

I absolutely loved my visit to the Sheraton Can Tho. All the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Thoan and some others were especially helpful, phoning my transport company to check they were coming and putting my mind at rest. The swimming pool was large, the room was lovely and the breakfast was outstanding. The whole atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. I almost wish I could go back to Vietnam just to stay here again!

I liked everything except I couldn't stay longer!

The Room was lovely and spacious had amazing views of the river & a very good toiletry selection left each day. We booked a Club King Room with Club Lounge Access. I must say the Club Lounge was excellent, the manager there called Amy was totally amazing, she always had a big smile & went out of her way to get & supply eveything we needed, nothing was to much for her, being westerners if she saw we did not eat any of the Asian food that was available she would ask us what we would like to eat and it was magically produced within 10 / 15 minutes, totally fantastic service, she told us the Club Lounge had only been open for 2 weeks as it was a new service that the hotel was supplying & I must say Amy and her team are doing a fantastic job. The club Lounge was on the same floor level (6) as the Pool so it was lovely after finishing our evening meal to take our drinks out and sit on the tables near the pool and look at the Can Tho skyline. The Pool and surrounding gardens / area are well designed & look amazing at night when it is all lit up :-) Also a big thank you to all the staff at the front reception desks & breakfast staff (the breakfast choices were excellent) When we come back to Vietnman & visit Can Tho we would absolutely be staying at this amazing hotel. Thank you all very much for a wonderful stay :-)

There was nothing I did not like, This Hotel & the staff are excellent

As always with a Sheraton you get quality. Big room with a lovely, and large, bathroom with plenty of space. The bed is also spacious with a deep and comfortable mattress. The staff were outstanding; pleasant, charming and efficient - and always so polite and helpful. I cannot praise them highly enough. The pool complete with loungers and towels provided is a nice touch, as is the poolside bar. Again, as always, the breakfast options are too numerous to cope with! If you stayed a week you could not get close to trying everything on the buffet menu. The location is a little bit away from the heart of the action in Can Tho but it is only a few minutes in a taxi or a nice walk along a main street to get thirsty for a beer. There are also restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity.

The WiFi was the worst we had in Vietnam. They refreshed it but it was still very poor. We had a strange experience in the bar. They seated us there one night for dinner. The next evening we returned and they were not happy with us in the bar but let us stay. The Pho soup was nice the first time. The second time was disgusting. It was just cooking oil with no broth. We had spent 4 weeks in Vietnam and knew the Pho was wrong but could not communicate the problem to the waiter. We returned the soup and were brought more cooking oil.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff (in particular Boo and Suong) are sooo lovely - and really went out of their way to make our stay so special. The rooms are spacious, clean and our room had a beautiful view of the river. The pool was nice - very big and relaxing. Location is perfect. We loved our stay and wish we were able to stay longer! Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Everything is in perfect condition, and aesthetically lovely. Spotlessly clean. Breakfasts are out of this world in variety and quality. The pool area is awesome, with great views of the city and river. The beds are heavenly, even with two pillow options to suit your preferences. The staff are highly professional and courteous at every moment.
