Every time I stay (3 times.) at Bun Hotel it is very wonderful to sleep and stay. Thank you to the front desk staff who are very helpful I made a last minute reservation and requested a check in after feeling minute. I am so sorry I did not go to have breakfast but I ordered some food for my dinner. It was very clean and had some cover for the food. I think these hotels are 3 or 4 stars not 2 stars. I recommend these hotels for your period of your stay in Suratthani town. Sure I will be back again. Thank you for your best service to have a wonderful day in your place.

I found a good place with the Bun hotel. It was immaculately clean and the room was big. The staff were very friendly. You can tell it’s just a good quality place and is also great value for money. They really know what they are doing. I recommend to anyone passing through Surathani.

Location was great. Ample of parking space. Some of them are even shaded. Located very close to a major mall. Spacious room.

Ants. There's some ants here and there in their restaurant.

this was good value for money, a clean hotel and the staff were helpful. walking distance from bus station which is where we were headed the following day but not sure what else there is in area as we were only here for one night. food is good too.

the drainage outside smelt a bit but this was by the street outside the hotel so you can’t smell when inside

Bed is comfy and met my expectation. Room is big and bright, and price is reasonable. Big sofa in the room is also comfy.

Wifi was terrible. I had to use my phone and made it hotspot for using my laptop. A staff was not nice and started conversation with me as I remembered room number wrongly, but in fact she was wrong and no apologies. I ordered food from their restaurant but staff knew very little about their food/availability of their food. No staff took my plates after I finished until the next day that I checked out.
