The location is close to SDSU. The breakfast had a lot of options. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, yogurt, make your own waffles, toast, bagels/cream cheese, milk, coffee, tea and water. The room was two queen beds. The beds were comfortable. The two different people that I talked to at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

The rooms were big and had more space that I was expecting. The beds were comfortable, kitchenette was clean and easily accessible. The pool are was clean and easy to get to. Breakfast area was great, lots of selections to choose from and was kept clean.

The first room we checked into, someone else had checked into, then didn't take that room. The covers on the bed were folded up. The personal on duty moved us to a different room right away with no problem.

The breakfast was very good. It tasted great. Great variety. The pool was a lot of fun and it was a good size pool and hot tub. The staff were friendly and the TV in the room was modern.

There was a lot of aging issues with the property. Tiles were falling off the ceiling in the pool area. There was a cracked ceiling in the elevator, the windows were old and run down, the carpets were old and there was chipped wood on the moldings. The water pressure for the shower was low. The drywall in our bathroom was cracked #328.

The staff was helpful, friendly and responsive. To accommodate my request to have rooms close to each other, we were given upgraded rooms. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and quiet.

Some furniture is definitely showing wear. Just like our own homes, it is a process to keep things up to date

My only complaint was not the hotel’s fault, but it was much further from Sioux City than we originally thought from the information we had.

i locked myself out of my room and it was easy to gain access back, i went to the fromt desk told them who i was and what room i was in and they scanned a new card for me and i got back into my room

garbage cans only in bathroom and kitchenette area, should have been 1 in bedroom and near couch as well! other than that i have really nothing else bad to say about the room or the property itself.

Breakfast was great! The woman that was working in the breakfast area was so very hospitable. I mean, she made the entire morning happy. The gentleman that checked us in was very informative, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed.

The staff were all very nice and professional. Had a fire alarm pulled by a customer at 4am and Andy ( at the front desk) made sure everyone was safe and made sure the threat was taken care if. It was handled extremely well.

The breakfast was great. The pool was an amazing temperature, and we weren't freezing when we got out. The staff was super helpful. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay again.

There was only a ice maker on the first floor. And I stayed on the Suite on the third floor you got to take the elevator down to the first floor to use ice that was ridiculous. And the chlorine was a little high in the pool and way too much in the hot tub that it burns your eyes.
