The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was great each morning, the beds were very comfortable, the lobby was modern and accommodating, the parking was plentiful, my room was very quiet, the A/C worked perfectly, the in-room fridge was very large and convenient, the 24-hour guest laundry facilities were very helpful, the pool was cool and clean.

My room key was consistently de-magnetized, kind of annoying. Wish there were quarter machines in the laundry facilities! The hot tub jets weren't working during our stay.

I liked everything. I also liked small things that seemed to be there. This is like the coffee, fresh ground; ability to get an airline boarding pass easily. The hotel being kept up nice, like painting and corners of walls protected and smaller details kept up. The closed captioning was on for me.

The noise from the freeway. The hours for breakfast. But the breakfast is you can make it was good.

The property was convenient for getting on and off the freeway.The staff that checked me in did not understand what I was saying about my cc nor did they try to. So as I returned with the correct card I see there was a declined charge because the clerk tried to run the card I was explaining would not go thru!! I don't know why service reps are always seemingly mad at customers. Find a job you love then... I'm just being a customer....

Great hotel. We were upgraded to a handicap suite room which was very spacious with a living room, two tv's, a kitchen area area and even a large outdoor area. The bathroom was huge. The room was clean and updated. The waiting area was nicely decorated and the hotel provided a great breakfast with both cold and hot items. It was a walkable distance to shopping and restaurants.

Our family has had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn Express! The staff is friendly and helpful. The residence is quiet and clean. We have had to be out of our home for a longer period of time than expected, and the staff has been so accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel!

We have no complaints!

The fault I found was with some other guests - not the hotel. The morning of my departure, I had an 8-hour drive in front of me. At 3:30am, some guests on my floor were leaving, and in doing so repeatedly let slam their room door and the exit door waking me. I was unable to get back to sleep. I recently stayed at one of your competitors and they actually had guest sign an agreement for quiet hours. I wish more hotels would make that effort.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and professional.

I didn't like that temperature of the shower wasn't very hot. The same goes for the temperature of the hot tub. The hot tub was the real reason why I wanted to stay at this location. My pillows were too soft but not too serious.

We requested a quiet room . They provided a great location with easy access. They responded quickly when upstairs noise late at night was a problem. We were able to enjoy a good nights rest. The breakfast provided was awesome. Good coffee and orange juice. Easy parking and a secure safe building.

When I arrive early morning at before 4 pm. I was told I am very early. Which I try to tell them on the message. Was in Sacramento on early flight. Had to put our bags and wait for our room, I was happy to pay extra.

I love the Holiday Inn environment. I enjoy the rooms which are comfortable and satisfy my rooming needs. I especially liked the Keurig in the room which made really morning coffee easy. And the bathtubs are great. I never use the toiletries though because the more at shower level. I also liked the shutters rather than curtains.
