Location and breakfast was great. Room, lobby etc. were clean.

Biggest complaint is that we forgot a few clothes in the closet when we left. I filed a claim with charger back as directed. They indicated that items were found but two weeks later the hotel still has not contacted me about returning the items to us. I have tried calling several times and no one answers the phone or when I do get a person I am transferred to housekeeping and they don’t answer and their voicemail is full so I can’t leave a message. Very frustrating.

The staff was very helpful at the front desk and the breakfast staff was great at refilling the trays and keeping the tables clean

We were there 4 nights. It would have been nicer if the room crew had emptied our trash and checked on the disposables like toilet paper during our stay.

The cleanliness of the lobby. I would like to give a shout out to Ahmad! Someone had accidentally took my phone to Folsom so I didn’t have my confirmation info with me but I had stopped there to go to the bathroom. It just happened to be a Hampton room. It was late and I told Ahmad of my dilemma and he was able to locate my reservation. It just so happens I stopped at the very hotel that I reserved and didn’t realize it until he found my reservation! Ahmad you are awesome!!!!!! Thanks again!!!

It was difficult to figure out the AC and the TV didn’t have very many options to watch movies.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast options were great. Very much appreciated the ice water station in the lobby. Room was clean. Easy to request room cleaning the mornings that we needed it.

The property is very clean and quiet. All the toiletries and bedding are also free of harsh chemicals. We are grateful for the hospitality- the staff are very nice and friendly. The variety of breakfast items is definitely a lot more than most motels- hot food and make your own waffles! We also loved the fact that the place is very dog friendly.

The additional $125 for our doggies.

The fact that a microwave, fridge, parking and breakfast were included. A lot of Hotels charge for every little thing. Hampton seems to understand the value of traditional essentials that people and families need while they are away from home.

Super clean, solid rooms with low other-room noise. Very nice staff who helped find a local restaurant. Great coffee and good breakfast. Pet friendly for our pup who travels with us.

Medication is right off the freeway so it's very convenient. Plenty of parking and in a nice little shopping area that had a lot of green trees and crickets chirping at night, so very restful. Room was huge and comfortable with two beds and good air system in the room. Breakfast did have eggs which I could eat and also nuts which I could eat. But many other doughy sugary things that I cannot eat. Clerk did not know how to use fax machine and I am afraid that I will not get paid as I was not able to submit my timesheet with the fax. I love how it was has those bacterial wipes available everywhere.. also appreciated paper plates and utensils along with a microwave you could use. This way I could microwave my broccoli in a mug I brought

The room was $200 and it seemed very expensive for the location which is suburban and not in a city. I would like to see healthier items at breakfast. There's a lot of sugar and dough and sweet yogurt and sweet juices and carby breads. I'm on a medical diet for prediabetes. Please let's get some greens in the breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent. A nice variety of food. The hours the breakfast was available were convenient. The staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. All areas of the hotel was exceptionally clean.

Furnishings were a little outdated in the rooms as well as the shared areas. I'm satisfied with everything else.
