I always stay here when I come up to visit family. It's close to all kinds of foods and amenities. You don't have to go far if you need anything you forgot. They also serve hot coffee ALL day in the lobby. The staff has always been extremely nice. We had teens next door to us and they handled the noise issue right away.

I'm just spoiled and like thousands of pillows. But I'll survive with 2.

Staff were great! Breakfast was very good, had fun making our own waffles.

Fridge in our room froze water bottles. Alarm on bedside clock radio went off at 5am even though we didn't touch it. I unplugged it.

The breakfast was exceptional. Location was perfect walking distance to Dutch Bros Coffee & Texas Roadhouse restaurant. Nice heated pool and jacuzzi. Also loved the streaming services on the tv.

The AC in the room was mediocre. Had to request an extra fan for the room. On the first night the front desk said they had a fan for us, but did not get it to us until the second night.

Breakfast variety was outstanding. The staff member in charge of the breakfast nook kept the area spotless- cleaning up the crumbs left by guests, Re stocking each supply of food. We were delighted how the entire area was so clean. The communal areas were also very clean and the front desk staff were always pleasantly greeting people as they walked past.

Wish that there was more adequate parking or and overflow parking lot for extra vehicles or large vehicles. When the hotel is booked I believe it's more rooms than can be accounted for and less parking

Space was just right for our needs, A king bed separated from a sitting area by a half wall. We are on different schedules, so space allowed for that.

Coffee maker awful. We bring our own instant.

I like it’s designed structure- looks very nice outside and easy to explore inside. It’s very clean and I like their shampoo - tea leaf shampoo, you’ll feel super cool when you use the shampoo - that’s fantastic when I sweated a lot daytime. And the buffet breakfast is pretty good. our family enjoyed it very much. thanks for that complimentary.

only thing I feel uncomfortable is the pool - my kids were played in the pool about an hour, the older one’s hand got scratches by something sharp on the bottom/ side of the pool. the younger one got a scratch by something sharp as well. I tried to figure out what happened, and was too busy to go inside the pool to find out. Also forgot to tell the facility the next morning, there was no staff in the night

This is my second booking and I am amazed how clean and friendly everyone is here. The breakfast is really good too.

Key card kept not working. Door battery needs to be changed.
