The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was great each morning, the beds were very comfortable, the lobby was modern and accommodating, the parking was plentiful, my room was very quiet, the A/C worked perfectly, the in-room fridge was very large and convenient, the 24-hour guest laundry facilities were very helpful, the pool was cool and clean.

My room key was consistently de-magnetized, kind of annoying. Wish there were quarter machines in the laundry facilities! The hot tub jets weren't working during our stay.

The property was convenient for getting on and off the freeway.The staff that checked me in did not understand what I was saying about my cc nor did they try to. So as I returned with the correct card I see there was a declined charge because the clerk tried to run the card I was explaining would not go thru!! I don't know why service reps are always seemingly mad at customers. Find a job you love then... I'm just being a customer....

The fault I found was with some other guests - not the hotel. The morning of my departure, I had an 8-hour drive in front of me. At 3:30am, some guests on my floor were leaving, and in doing so repeatedly let slam their room door and the exit door waking me. I was unable to get back to sleep. I recently stayed at one of your competitors and they actually had guest sign an agreement for quiet hours. I wish more hotels would make that effort.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and professional.

I didn't like that temperature of the shower wasn't very hot. The same goes for the temperature of the hot tub. The hot tub was the real reason why I wanted to stay at this location. My pillows were too soft but not too serious.

We requested a quiet room . They provided a great location with easy access. They responded quickly when upstairs noise late at night was a problem. We were able to enjoy a good nights rest. The breakfast provided was awesome. Good coffee and orange juice. Easy parking and a secure safe building.

I love the Holiday Inn environment. I enjoy the rooms which are comfortable and satisfy my rooming needs. I especially liked the Keurig in the room which made really morning coffee easy. And the bathtubs are great. I never use the toiletries though because the more at shower level. I also liked the shutters rather than curtains.

The helpfulness of the front desk staff. The thoroughness of answering all my questions in planning for selection of a quieter room for my next stay. However, another customer & I agreed upon that it would have been better if there would be boiled eggs available in the refrigerator at breakfast, as labeled on the door of the refrigerator.

Hotel was well kept with friendly staff. Breakfast was good both days, with alot of varieties. Bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. Would definitely stay again

Shower wasn't great. Shower head was extremely powerful. Water wasn't very hot at all, slightly above warm.

There was a mix up on my prepaid reservation. The desk clerk Suzanne went above and beyond, on her own volition to figure it out. She solved the issue like a seasoned detective! My highest respect and many kudos to her!

The ac/heating system seemed bit dusty.

Location good and near freeway. Can walk to a couple of restaurants. Staff friendly. Hotel was clean and breakfast was nice, good selection of food.

Showers are ok, built for shorter people. Placement of holder for supplied toiletries needs to be moved, perhaps under the shower head.
