This location is convenient to Sacramento RT light rail system, following a short walk. None of the locations serve breakfast, but they do provided utensils and refrigeration to make your own meals. There are a lot of college students as guests, and this is a great facility for them and their parents to become acclimated to the Sacramento area. Separately, David does a great job of keeping our environment clean, safe, and inviting! I'm learning much about the 'hostel' industry. Clearly, 'Whole Family - Sacramento' is at the top of the list. I have no need to do further research.

This particular entity has an international flavor and many young guests, It was a great stay for all concerned, inclusive of learning about regions in the world and shared experiences here in Sacramento.

Guests should become acclimated to the superior light rail system close to this entity and 'GoGoGrandparent' as a ride hailing service. While David remains superior in providing directions, it doesn't hurt to have three wonderful resources!

Very quite (don't expect any parties to be happening). Fast and quick staff to resolve problem. 3 huge fridges. This was my experience for the private room.

My passcode to get into the door and the house didn't work and I had to wait for staff to remotely unlock it which took 15 minutes, which normally wouldn't have been a problem, but I had a wedding to go to and it was raining. Still wasn't resolved once I got back after dropping my bags off, so they quickly got me new codes instead using the ones that were in the Booking.com message.

the property definitely served me well. Ms. Victoria was amazing; and my sleep was peaceful (had no intentions of resting; just passing through, to visit family). I plan to return and share my experience with others. Thank you again Ms. Victoria!

David is awesome, helps when you thru the door, makes you feel welcome, I'm a frequent visitor and I know when I get to this location, if David is there, things are going to be running fluidly. Likewise with the Steward (Kerr) he's responsive and responsible when I make a request. This is my favorite Whole family location and it's 70% due to the ppl and 30% to location.

I liked that the price for the night wasn't inflated like all the hotels were for this weekend because of the Aftershock concert going on locally. I also liked that it was within walking distance of the light rail Gold Line.

There really wasn't anything not to like. I wasn't there long enough to like or dislike anything. I was in Sacramento to watch my son play football for Sac State. I arrived, checked in, dropped my bag off, went to the stadium for the game, got back around 11:30 pm, left about 5:15 am to ride the light rail back downtown so I could catch the Capitol Corridor train to Oakland. Everything went like it should have so I can't ask for more than that!

I had great experience, very clean, very quiet neighborhood, parking always available. Meneger David very nice person. I very believe I will be back.

Gene the site manager was nice. The Location was good for me. The Air conditioner was broken and that was unfortunate. However we made it through the heat. ID stay there again.

It's clean, and quiet. I like it so much I leased a room. Like having different guests come and go.

No laundry facility on site.

Since the new guy David took over day to day functions the place looks much better.

Nothing
