We have regularly stayed at this Hyatt Place for many years when visiting family in the area. It is reliable, although years ago when it was new it was a bit nicer. The rooms are seeing a bit of wear. The breakfast is good, and the staff are professional and courteous.

We did not like that we were asked to pay $14.00 on a phone app for parking. In fact, when you do this, the parking actually costs $15.50 because of a service fee. For a suburban location next to a major freeway, it’s a safe bet that all guests will arrive by car, so separating out that cost and asking us to pay a different vendor felt chintzy. It’s enough to make us look around for other possibilities. Also, the breakfast is served only until 9:00 a.m. on weekdays. We would appreciate having breakfast served until 10:00, since we are traveling for vacation, not work.

The hotel was typical for this chain. Nice and served its purpose.

The first room was had so much elevator noise, I requested a different room for the next night. That was a lot better. Cleaner too. The first room had hair on the bathroom floor and the wastebasket had a sticky edge. Odd that an accessible room had a bathtub/shower for bathing.

Pull out bed didn't have blankets Loud location due to highway and people partying. Ac in the room didn't have fan mode, so it kept shutting off and on. The bathroom sink didn't drain, and the bathroom didn't have a fan. You have to pay for parking but maybe that's most places... Pool area needs towels

The nice safe feeling of this this hotel was amazing. Very clean and much more than we expected for the cost. Staff was extremely helpful, very nice and hotel was very nice and clean. We even saw some beautiful turkeys in the parking lot. The only downfall, was that when we got the receipt we were charged $14 for parking.

The room was very spacious with two queen size beds and a separate living room with a large sofa and television. There was a refrigerator and sink area with coffee also. It was a very comfortable room and I enjoyed my stay.

The two windows in the room were built to never open. I don't know how that could be legal to deny people fresh air. I felt a little stuffy while I was in the room and I would have liked to have some air.

Room had a sitting area with comfy couch. Slept like a baby on the king size bed. Hot water/tea/coffee available in the room. Starbucks coffee at breakfast and some fruit available.

Breakfast was not great. Tasteless eggs and tater tots. Basic bagels and bread.

Room was great and comfy. Good location and very near highway. Good staff, small pool and gym. Plenty parking but needed paying for.

Breakfast should be better - limited range and coffee in big flask was cold quickly. Tea was terrible. I wouldnt grumble too much because rest of hotel is ok.

Nearly everything was perfect from check in to check out. Room was exceptional, well designed, clean and comfortable.

You need to stop charging for parking... if I never return it will solely be because I had to pay to park.

The food was very well prepared and the staff was incredibly friendly. The area was very clean, comfortable and inviting. Thank you for a great experience. I will tell my friends about your hotel.

I love the room, it’s spacious and I love that there is a microwave and refrigerator. I also love that there’s a sleeper couch, it’s so convenient with little ones. The continental breakfast is delicious especially the waffles. The staff was friendly.

I wish there was more of a selection on medications to purchase like cough drops and tums.
