The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is great for easy on and off access to highway 50 and to shopping on the other side of the freeway. The breakfast was good and well stocked.

We had a blood stain on our comforter that I had to have them switch out that was not ours. When they switched it out, I had asked for fresh towels. We were supposed to get maid service the next day, so I had removed the door hanger from the door so they knew I wanted it, but they didn't service it because they were there the day before. We stayed for 3 nights total.

My family and dog drove from WA for 14 hours and just wanted to get into our hotel and sleep, we originally were across the street at Hampton and was SO digusted with the room and overall experience we immediately left and walked across the street to fairfield, Utterly exhausted we were met with an amazing check in employee, the lobby and service last min was exceptional. The rooms were decent sized and CLEAN. Breakfast the next morning was a god send as we had another 11 hours to drive. All in all the hotel was AMAZING and we WILL be back.

Breakfast staff could not keep up with demand and ran out of many items. On one occasion they were out of milk so children (and some adults) had no milk for their cereal. I asked about it and was told by the gentleman attendant that a baseball team had used all of it. A "four-star" hotel would have had a staff-member go the several blocks to a grocery and buy some to cover until breakfast was over. Simply a case of not caring, or "not my job". This one incident marred what was, otherwise, a very nice visit.

Have stayed at this site many times. From the easy check in to the correct room location, the staff was friendly, helpful and competent. Room comfy, parking easy and the hotel spotless.

Tiny problem of an overenthusiastic housekeeping staff member vacuuming the hallway directly outside our room (and other guests) at 7:15 each morning, even after being asked to cease and desist. Spoke with front desk and was assured they would instruct the staff member to cool it.......

I stayed for one night for a solo getaway, Mother's Day gift. The location was very convenient with restaurants, shopping, and the freeway nearby. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The TV had streaming services enabled. The blackout curtains made the room pitch black in the afternoon, which was amazing for a mid-day nap. The free breakfast had a lot of options and lots of seating.

My room was on the second floor, with the lobby on one side and the pool on the other side so it was noisy until around 10:00 p.m. There was no hand soap in m room so I had to get it from the front desk.

Beds were super comfortable! Coming back from a double location road-trip, we felt safe with our belongings in the car. Even left one car over night the night before while we went overnight to another city for an event overnight. The breakfast was tasty! Darlene, the helper during breakfast was friendly, buzzed around the room making sure everyone had what they needed, and went overboard for us! We’ll stay here again!

The pool looked like it needed cleaning so we opted not to swim even though it would’ve been refreshing..

The room was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there for my granddaughter’s dance competition which was not far from the hotel and made things much easier.

We had an unexpected fire alarm go off at 2 am, but was assured immediately that all was ok. Also our security lock on the room door had to be replaced as the prior occupants may have broken it.

Good location and price for the area. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The receptionist told me the pool was closed at 9, but there was a big party going on in the pool area so I used the hot tub and it was no problem. The party was a bit loud but it didn't affect my room/stay. Breakfast was good with gluten free options.

I think the pool hours could be extended.

The staff was great. The bed was comfortable and it wasn’t to far from the VA medical center. Easy on and off the freeway. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We could not hear the freeway and it was just outside the hotel.

The entrance is before the sign and if you miss it, you are screwed because you have to go back out on to the main road, go over the freeway, turn around, go back over the freeway and make the circle to the entrance again. Better placement of the sign or a small entrance sign would help

The rooms were comfortable and large and the free breakfast was wonderful. NEVER get rid of that waffle maker, it was the highlight for my whole family. You also offered gluten free options which was nice.

The coffee was not enjoyable. I appreciated that there was anything, but it was not good.
