I enjoyed my stay. However, Hamza at the reception, this guy has outstanding customer service. It's the 2nd time I'm here, and Hamza's service is very welcoming. Talk to people with respect. I will come back and still recommend this place because of Hamza.

I visited family in town. Nice room, comfy bed, bug and mould free. Housekeeping provided if you was out of room early am. Good parking. Fridge included. Free WiFi. TV with good selection of channels. The motel keep the lights on all night outside, makes you feel safer in this town ( the town does have homeless, beggars, general poverty and drug users). Good location..office offer coffee in am for free (did not try). Friendly staff

Remember you are just of main motorway , so can be noisy at night. Some guests from other rooms appeared not to sleep and doors bang, I suppose this would be considered in UK as very loud etc. There was no plug for sink or bath. So showers it was. I consider above as minor discomforts.

The young man working the front desk the night I checked in was awesome. Professional, helpful, just stellar customer service and I really appreciate that.

The only things that really bothered me were the 2 or 3 cockroaches that thought they would be sharing the room with me. NOT!!! But the main thing I didn't like was the super low water pressure in the shower! OMG it was the worst! I mean it was ridiculous. Almost felt like I had to run around the shower in order to get wet. It was barely a dribble.

Never had breakfast here. I fast earlier in the day, so. But when ever I go to get hot water or to warm up my food it is delightful

Nothing I don't like. Been coming here off and on for 12 years.. gonna miss Cheryl when she leaves. I've been coming here as long as she's been working here

It was nice. Everyone was nice.

Beds were uncomfortable. Alot of hair in the drain I pulled it out. No smoke in the rooms. They should have said that there was $50 deposits

Staff was great. Location was right off the freeway and close to many restaurants and gas stations.

The bed was pretty hard and we could hear the conversations of the people in the room next to us because if an adjoining door in our room.

The property was nice and clean and very comfortable and the staff was friendly. Staff went above and beyond.

No laundry room on property

The owner was my favorite part of the stay to be honest. He was kind, incredibly helpful, and just always had a cheerful face. It seems like a family business which is really nice.

The television needs to be mounted and it would be really nice if there was a microwave in the room.

The new look and paint cleanest was very surprised when I saw the inside haven't been there in a long while
