The property was close to Lake Natomas. Just about everything we needed was within walking distance.

The hide a bed had missing springs and was broken although most of them are rated for 300 pounds. My son could not sleep on it.

It was peaceful

The kitchen staff seem rude made you fill guilty for having them have to get up and serve you a meal have mean looks

Everything!! Everyone was so kind, helpful, & happy. We had a wonderful time working a wedding, having some girl time, and going out to a concert! four days well spent, location was within 20 mins of everything we needed! Hot tub was fantastic after a 15hr shift of being on our feet working. Thank you all so much for everything!!

The only thing that was a down fall was the mattress sadly. The pull out couch wasn't comfy but very rarely are they lol However, the mail mattress was pretty hard and lumpy, I'm not sure if that's what it's like in every room but a mattress topper or a new one i think would be amazing! Not that its going to stop us from staying again in the future!

The room was nice and big and clean.

Breakfast cuts off at 9:30am

The place was great! Nice and clean 🫧 and in a great location too. From the moment I arrived I felt comfortable and safe... I even got a text from them asking if I needed anything else and offering to assist should I need assistance with something. I felt it to be similar to a concierge experience... They serve a decent breakfast, but only until 9:30 am... I was a bit late for it but the employee that was running it let me in and got me taken care of anyways. I thought that was very sweet of her considering she was wrapping everything up and preparing to clean up after serving the morning's guests...

I didn't like the hours for breakfast they should be till at least 10am even though they did let me in anyways I still think it's a bit early to stop serving it. I also don't like that a late checkout is only 12:30 I think 1pm would be nicer... As you can tell I'm not an early bird lol. So just because I didn't like it doesn't mean it shouldn't be the way it is... Lol... If I look at it from a management perspective it makes absolute sense. Those rooms don't clean themselves and there is only a certain window of time between check out and check in...

booked for the overnight stay; was for a thursday eve. i always go for 'price,' (this cost was $105 incl the tax.) as i usually travel alone. similar locations less and some more costly had 'poor %'s on the 'cleanliness rating,' so the % and reviews for here, were at 42% of the 100, while the price to cleanliness ratio, of most of the others was 40% and below. the hawthorn suites at 12180 tributary point dr. certainly exceeded the '% and any negative user reviews. was 100% for me. room was spotless, bathroom, shower etc. very modern, and well up to date furnishings. i was on floor 3 of 3. while there is a 'freeway,' perhaps a 1/4 mile to the south west of the room i was in; (room was facing it) the only motor sound was of the occasional motorcycle. cars not noticeable. the res clerk let me check in at 12:00p.m. although the 'official check in time is 3:00pm. also, when id missed the 9:30 breakfast, they allowed me to go in the dining area to get a brewed coffee that was still available. very nice front desk staff. id stay here anytime, and highly recommend.

perhaps the prior guests smoked marijuana, but smell wasn't excessive, and i don't have any allergies, so not a big deal to me.

I liked the pre-made breakfast. Good variety, low in salt and kept warm. I also liked that all the water was purified. No problems finding parking and it was very quiet. The 2 inch memory foam topper was very comfortable.

I would like wipes to clean the exercise equipment myself. One of our burners on the stove did not work. The rooms do not come with a safe. The first room we had, it immediately smelled of smoke and the receptionist did not want to offer me another room. With persistance we got another room and it was fine.

bedding bathroom and kitchen were very clean staff was nice breakfast was good/ok. 3hot tray items: scrambled eggs, meat(sausage or bacon), carbo (potatoes or French toast). hot waffle maker.

the property is 2.5 star older not updated. the carpet and arm chair was old/dirty. some parts under bed not super clean. recommend replace with synthetic wood floors that can be kept mopped clean. and leathery arm chairs. on second day. hot food ran out. the single server said no more but after a long while did bring out more. maybe they should make sure food doesn’t run out on Sunday morning.

Everything!!! The wifi was a bit slow but that's could be due too the password never changing and the local homeless jumping on it. There seemed to be alo lt of transients near by. But I will say I didn't hear from anybody nor did I experience any mishaps from them during my stay here. I would def book again! P.s the bunkbeds SUPER UNIQUE AND AMAZING 😍

Like I stated in the what did I like ... Just the wifi slowing down made it hard to be able to check my emails and stuff and be able to check in with my family also the door on the side was almost completely going out where you couldn't really get into it with the key card at all and it was very finicky The very next day it just completely went out which was very unfortunate considering I had the room right next to the door. But a little exercise never hurt.
