Very clean hotel with two very comfortable queen beds in the room There is a guest laundry which is really useful when travelling. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

Wasn’t able to sleep the last night. Our room overlooked the pool and music in the pool area was still playing quite loudly at 4am. I called reception and was advised it would be turned down. Not sure why it’s even necessary to have music playing outside throughout the night.

Very clean nice room. Friendly check in attendant. The only thing I would say was the dinner wasn’t all that and all my family got their food except my salad came after everyone was done eating. Tried the breakfast in the morning and the cook was late coming to work and kept telling us 2 minutes about three times. She was rude, the cook. Felt sorry for the server cause she wasn’t all that nice with her either. Server was very nice. Over all good food…. Just need some work on the whole eating experience with organization…..

Clean rooms and the beds were really comfortable and the shower was great.

The front desk staff is very friendly and informative and the hotel provides an excellent complimentary breakfast with REAL breakfast items. The room was spacious & the bed was comfy. We only stayed one night this time but we’ll be back here to stay in the future.

The walls were a bit thin but perhaps we also had loud neighbors. The pool was shut down but then again it’s February. The tv didn’t have a directory or tv guide feature.

I’ve stayed here 3 times to visit local family and I just discovered the little push button night light in the bathroom :) LOVE it! Also it’s super comfy and so close to coffee and convenience shops, not to mention shopping right across the street.

I wasn’t too crazy above the heavy bathroom door and its inability to be propped open. I finally wedged a bath towel underneath.

This was our 3 rd time staying at this location and come back because of the ease and value of the check in process and the comfy room.

As I was getting ready for my day in the bathroom, housekeeping unlocked and attempted to open my door but I had the security lock on so they were not able to open the door all the way or else they’d have caught me in my birthday suit!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and clear. It was central to the people I was visiting. Very convenient.

In the bathroom I could hear a patron that was very sick. Maybe because of the vent in the bathroom.

The staff was amazing. So kind and always went above and beyond.

The process for breakfast. Everyone being asked if they paid. Turning people away. Having paid for breakfast in my room and then being told no cook. So continental not the greatest.

Front desk staff was pleasant, location was good.

Hearing maintenance or housekeeper manager and staff member bickering in lobby . Garbage not collected from pool deck and guests smoking in the pool area.

The air/heat was more like a window unit with a loud fan. I was expecting central air like the majority of hotel. Especially a Hilton that you would expect from them. There was a younger guy amd girl running up and down the hallway like they were playing chase. They were both laughing like children but old enough to know better. Very annoying and just when i was about to mention it to the staff they stopped. The day staff checking in was good but the early 4 am female seemed like dhe wasn't happy but who would be at 4am but still. Pretend to like your early hrs job.
