The hotel staff were very nice. There were a lot of things to do in the hotel. The location of this hotel.. was.. BEAUTIFUL. It was really really close to the outlets which are beautiful, especially at night.

There were a couple of XL stickers placed in a couple of spots in the room and on the side of the counter. The shower could've been cleaned a little bit better. Some people just.. don't pay a huge amount to detail sometimes, but the room was still beautiful. It's not that I didn't like it, just something they can improve on. I get it that they're in a time crunch 😊.

The room was excellent. I really enjoy the clean large Suite.( next time, I book, I would like the same room!) Breakfast was fresh and ample. We enjoyed it, along with the fresh fruit. The five thirty till seven p.m. Food, I was very impressive and enjoyed .extra bonus. Make my day. I like the property. I will definitely return.Look forward to it. There was banging noise every night on the top floor which (we were on th e 3rd flr)was disturbing I called the front desk to complain because the noise was happening around 10:30 pm. on Nov 27, 2024.

Breakfast was always good. Staff was always Courteous and friendly. I wish the hotel could add a small fenced in dog area to let dogs off leash. There is already a grass area for that in the parking lot. We didn't swim in the pool as the water looked very murky. The lady that made the nachos for the evening social was so delicious. She said that the refried beans, chili and queso were made fresh by her and they tasted that way.

A small off leash dog area with grass would be nice.

My card got deactivated somehow so when I got back from visiting my son and family, late at night! I had to go pee really bad but instead was locked out and had to run to the front desk to see what the problem was. Turned out it was just deactivated somehow. I didn't have my key card in my wallet, I had each of the two cards on my person so I don't know what could've caused it. W"O"W!!! What a huge inconvenience, had a near tragic accident on the way to room...not good!!! Was expecting my card to work as it should have.

Rooms were better than expected. Laundry facilities were free amazing. Please tip the breakfast lady she was amazing and extremely accommodating and friendly going above and beyond to make our breakfast and morning great. She even served the free evenings mini meals and d'oeuvres during the meet and greet every Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesday night with complimentary self serve beer and wine.

Smaller town then used to, highway traffic noise heavy at night. At times

We were greeted on arrival by a lovely girl (apologies I never got your name) and as an IHG member, offered a free room upgrade to a two bedroom suite which was incredible! Donna at breakfast was an absolute doll. Breakfast was yummy! Laundry facilities are a great amenity. All in all an absolutely amazing stay.

Our room and the entire facility was very clean. It was a decent size room with a comfortable bed. It was very quiet. Also a nice shower with decent water flow.

The only negative we had at all is the towels weren't all that great. Being pretty nick picky here. There were enough towels and they got us dry!

Breakfast was good but by the time I got there after 9 all the pastries were wiped out! Loved the boiled eggs and fresh coffee. The second day I was so exhausted we skipped breakfast and slept in.

I was in room 101 and there was noise and chatter by my door night & day. I got a little rest. Some Kids kept messing with my door knob and trying to open my door. I opened it and they were out there in the hallway goofing off. I had no blanket for the sofa bed and froze. My daughter was sick so I gave her the king bed. I Got locked out by card key cancel when packing my items to leave. I had to go around to the front and have my child let me in. Never had that happen in any hotel.

The lady who checked us in was so nice- she has long brown hair, working the night of Dec 28th. The room we had was spacious, love that they have a kitchenette. The breakfast was so good!!!

The pull out bed had some stains on it & was very thin, so I didn't use it. If I didn't need the pull out bed, it would have been perfect.
