The room was amazing. Massive compared to what we expected. Loved the kitchen. Really enjoyed the pool! Great space! It was a wonderful respite from the 113 degree heat. As a world traveler, I rate the Residence Inn as having one of the nicest rooms for the price! Please do not raise the prices so more people can enjoy a stay like the one Residence offers. :)

I like how clean it was easy process to check in. Having a convenient location close to everything made it better. Breakfast was great i would not change anything about it. Maybe just add hashbrowns, lol. My girls loved the pool, and I loved the morning coffee ☕️

There was nothing to not like

Breakfast was okay, but not when you stay for a longer period. The only dayley change was the bacon, hamburger and sausage in our three days.

The pool was out of order during our stay

Sundays breakfast was super good!! I like the round sausages. Everything so fresh the rooms were super clean the hallways were super clean we walked bare foot to breakfast

We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Also the location is near many shopping malls

The pool area had oil and lotion the on floor so can be risky if someone slips

The house keeper started vacuuming in front of the room door at 9am super loud for over 30 minutes so I felt rushed to get up and check out

Didn't eat there tho there were offerings, our kids fed us. The room was spacious, with windows that open a little. Nice to have a full sized fridge. The dishwasher made washing my coffee stuff easy. Very much appreciate the internal room access. Adds a layer of security.

Sparse supplies for cleaning, no dish soap, and only one dishwasher pod. The coffee, as usual, was awful. A 4 cup pouch of questionable grit, and they give you a 12 cup pot. No oven, just 2 small burners. Only 2 bath towels, 6 hand towels. Had to request an extra blanket, they sounded surprised when they discovered no extra linens. For my money, they need new furniture. It feels like an office almost. The leatherette sofa sleeper is ugly and uncomfotable. Kitchen chair is better. Also rather noisy from visitors upstairs; and OMG, the room doors close so loudly. Crazy loud. Also external hwy noise as it is alongside Hwy 50.

Loved the environment and staff.

The staff in kitchen was very unwelcoming. She was complaining under her breath. Gave us bad looks and even scolded kids.

The basket ball court close by and people using it while I was trying to sleep in

Bed and space was perfect for our family of 7. Best sleep I got in months! Enjoyed the reserved pool time.

The sausages cooked did have MSG. An ingredient that some of our family members are allergic too. The only real down side was the constant noise coming from the highway of semi trucks going by.
