The staff at the front desk were very nice. The rooms were clean, I liked that they had a Bar and restaurant I wish that they stayed open a little longer at night. Short walk to light-rail station if you don’t want to drive to do some shopping or hanging out around the city.

I don’t like that the meals are not included with the room. I feel like the price on the rooms are high enough to not have to ask your guests if they want to pay extra on top of the room charge and deposit to be able to enjoy a meal. You guys also need to update your TV’s to smart TV’s there was no YouTube or Netflix apps available.

Breakfast was good. However, I think breakfast should be included in the cost for the room like it is at the Holiday Inn Express in Bakersfield.

I didn't like that they charge for breakfast. It should be included in the cost for the room like it is at other Holiday Inn hotels. Room costs should be lowered along with everything else. A little relief would be nice in this record high inflated economy.

Location was great Shower water was always hot, a very big plus Staff was great Manager was very gracious and understanding concerning a breakfast issue with third party booking. Need more managers like her We really felt at home

Some fixtures need updating. Bed squeaked every time you moved Cigarette smoke in elevator

Clean, nice size room. Easy check-in. Lots of parking. Towels were clean soft and white. Doggie was welcomed. Employees were very nice, courteous and helpful. I will come back.

Walls are a little thin, I could hear the neighbors conversations. Breakfast wasn't included, even though it was stated on line included.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were so clean and the pool and spa were beautiful. The staff was amazing. The restaurant has amazing food.

The only issue I had was the room above us was very loud but the staff was quick to handle it. And I wish the restaurant stayed opened past 9, their food is delicious.

Chris at the front desk who checked me in was awesome. Great conversation and customer service!!! The sauna and spa were a relaxing way to end the night..

Check-in was fast & welcoming. The worker who helped was very nice and accommodating. Our room was big and clean. The bed and bedsheets were so comfortable. I travel a lot, and this has become the best hotel bed I ever slept on! The bed was so comfortable and I cannot say that enough!

It would be great if they offered free breakfast! However, it is okay that they do not offer it.

The location was perfect to what I wanted even though it was next to a busy freeway I was pleasantly surprised to how quiet my room was. The air conditioning was great, I love the thermostat on the wall. The overall cleanliness of the room and property was very good.

The ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn’t working we had to go to the 2nd floor for ice. Also I would have preferred the coffee creamer cups, the packets were not enough to my liking. And I Forgot to get the meal voucher so I end up paying full price for the breakfast, I feel the staff should’ve given that to me upon check-in regardless …just in case I changed my mind,… which I did….ooops!

Good location plenty of stores around if you need anything. Plenty of parking with outside doors access if you’re parked in back. Rooms are a good size and clean

The only thing that bad that caught my attention was in the bathroom. It looked like they just repaired the door jam and molding but didn’t finish. There were dirty hand prints, the nail holes were showing and it needed to be painted.

Super soft beds and plenty of pillows!

Ice machine was at the other end of the building. If we hadn't passed someone mopping the floor idk how long it would have taken to find it. Wish the mini fridge was situated differently in the room. Either rotated away from the bed or at least the door opening the other way.
