Staff was exceptional, very attentive and friendly, we were always greeted with a smile, from the front desk, to housekeeping to maintenance staff. The breakfast was excellent!

Location was good, but the area of town was not great with all the homeless and the trash they left behind. The hotel seemed older, but very clean and well maintained. Parking lot was not good with the construction taking up many spaces. We were able to park at the restaurant next door with no charge and no problems.

The location was perfect for visiting my family in Elk Grove. I loved the comfort of the bed. The location to nearby restaurants and local shops was convenient.

I would've liked at least 2 bottles of water provided due to the heat in Sacramento. I would've liked a showerhead that had a hand wand. Maybe provide 2 more wash cloths and hand towels for a two day stay.

I always stay here when I come up to visit family. It's close to all kinds of foods and amenities. You don't have to go far if you need anything you forgot. They also serve hot coffee ALL day in the lobby. The staff has always been extremely nice. We had teens next door to us and they handled the noise issue right away.

I'm just spoiled and like thousands of pillows. But I'll survive with 2.

The location was great for our planned trip. There were other good restaurants, nearby as well as a Sam’s Club, that I am a member of. I will make this my number one place went in Sacramento.

The breakfast choices were amazing and the foodservice lead was very professional and courtesy.. housekeeping was on point.

Noise from Freeway and homeless close to hotel.

Staff were great! Breakfast was very good, had fun making our own waffles.

Fridge in our room froze water bottles. Alarm on bedside clock radio went off at 5am even though we didn't touch it. I unplugged it.

The breakfast was great - coffee/ waffle/ oatmeal/ coffee!!!

Hotel was going thru a remodel - noisy and competed for elevators with hotel guests and remodel workers.

Very clean facilities and great location.

Wish that there was more adequate parking or and overflow parking lot for extra vehicles or large vehicles. When the hotel is booked I believe it's more rooms than can be accounted for and less parking

The breakfast was exceptional. Location was perfect walking distance to Dutch Bros Coffee & Texas Roadhouse restaurant. Nice heated pool and jacuzzi. Also loved the streaming services on the tv.

The AC in the room was mediocre. Had to request an extra fan for the room. On the first night the front desk said they had a fan for us, but did not get it to us until the second night.

Breakfast variety was outstanding. The staff member in charge of the breakfast nook kept the area spotless- cleaning up the crumbs left by guests, Re stocking each supply of food. We were delighted how the entire area was so clean. The communal areas were also very clean and the front desk staff were always pleasantly greeting people as they walked past.

Enjoyed the entire stay.
