The property was clean. The staff was very nice.

About 6 o’clock in the evening, I had to call downstairs to let them know that the people above me were stomping kicking, and just making all kinds of banging noises. Well, the manager let me know that the people that were staying above us were the construction workers that were working on the fourth floor. I was appalled to know that after he called, they started to stomp louder so the next time you have renovations, make sure your workers are compliant to your hotel and your guests. Mind you I was on the second floor in 249. 

The location to UC Davis medical center was perfect. The staff were very helpful.

The facilities are in need of updates and repairs! Our first room had a large wet spot under the a/c unit and the room smelled very musty. We were then moved to another room that was good until the toilet backed up twice. Also notice the toilet tank was leaking water on the floor. I mentioned this issue to the front desk when we checked out. We were also disappointed the jacuzzi was not operational.

Great place for the price! I’m a fitness person and I’ve stayed at a lot places but the fitness center here was top notch. Great life fitness equipment and staff was very helpful. Great experience and we will be staying again very soon.

Only complaint was no sink/mirror in actual shower area of bathroom. Other than that, great room!

Close to the hospital and a very nice market. could walk to both. People were nice. Room clean for the most part

One garbage can. Almost fell in the bathroom because the handicap shower flooded the tile floor. the shower itself was dirty and the bench was really dirty. I am able bodied don't mind using handicap-able rooms but... Only chair user would be safe in that shower

Location to UC DAVIS , clean with kitchenettes

Only 3 days were noisy with loud music and kids running the halls and screaming. My daughter was resting the recovering from surgery

Erin was superb. She greeted us with warmth, professionalism, and kindness. She checked us in and assisted with everything we needed!

The water cut off by UC Davis for about an hour

Location, comfortable, clean room, safe area, very convenient to UC Davis, Sacramento State area. Price was moderate.

Fitness area was very small. Restaurant limited.

The woman checking me in was so incredibly kind! When I told her I had just gotten out of the hospital, she gave me the hospital rate, which saved me a lot of money off the online rate I had found.

The thermostat in the room didn’t work- I used the window unit even tho it said it was controlled by the wall thermostat. Meant the fan was on all night which was annoying.

Lady at the front desk was awesome, the food and wine was delicious. The curved couch in the room worked out perfect for me and my sister.🥰

The spa was not working

It was very clean, and the rooms were nice. Lots of kids running around but couldn't hear a thing in my room. Staff was incredible.

The items in the market were a little too pricey.
