As a graduate student at Sacramento State I like how close this property is to campus and they cannot beat the price. I also like that there is an option to make meals since there is a cooktop and refrigerator. I also fact appreciate that there is a desk that I can work at. The breakfast options in the morning are convenient

The bets are not as comfortable as I normally like. Since I have stayed here several times I can say that some rooms have numerous things available to use to cook where other rooms have very little. It will be nicer to have more options for breakfast.

I've stayed once before at this hotel. Location was fine, there are restaurants adjacent to the parking lot. There's a self-serve grab-n-go style breakfast available. I also liked the mobile security camera/station deployed in the parking lot and that there is a security guard on site. This hotel chain is similar to Extended Stay, only nicer. Like the abbreviated kitchen with full size refridgerator.

While I had no specific issues with the pets of other guests, I'm not a big fan of hotels that allow pets, though I understand why they do it. As long as I don't have to hear any pets or people in adjacent rooms, or otherwise have to deal with any pets at the hotel, then I'm not bothered by them. While the area seems generally nice, there are homeless people in the area and observed a homeless man obtaining water from the water pipe for fire fighting next to the hotel. Otherwise, the person was not causing trouble or otherwise being a problem

Wonderful staff. The room was very clean. We had a full kitchenette, garbage disposal, microwave, full sized refrigerator, and dishwasher. The decor was a little dated, but who cares ? Beds were comfortable and I slept well. Shower and toilet worked well too. It's off season now so the hotel was very quiet. We have stayed at hotels everywhere. Some being newer, fancier and more expensive. This worked well for us. We had a great stay.

Breakfast was pretty slim. We skipped it.

The location was good, only about 9 minutes from lots of shopping and very close to the freeway. The person that checked us in was nice mouth but seemed like she had better things to do, but the person that checked us out in the morning was very nice and friendly. The room was decent though it had a certain smell that couldn’t put my finger on, I assume it’s some kind of pet smell since it is a pet friendly hotel.

I've stayed at this property several times in the last few years. That is one of my favorite places to stay. The property is well maintained and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Well the included breakfast is basic, there are several other places close by.

There is an on-site laundry, but no supplies are provided for purchase.

Your front desk and the other hotel workers were all very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and the free breakfast was very nice. The hours for breakfast were great, and you didn't have to be up at 6 am in order to have any! All together very nice place and we will stay again! One small problem our bed in 306 was too soft. But still doable! Thank you!

Breakfast was weird no cooked food but freezer/ridge full of many many good chioices of breakfast items to grab and go or grab and heat in up in your room it's worth it. Amazing place for my two dogs very comfortable beds. The girl that is there at 6am getting breakfast ready amazing she will make your morning bright always cheerful and helpful.

No warm blankets on bed just thin blankets and very thin comforter they need to be updated.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and considerate. The kitchen in the room was an excellent idea. Actually loved having the kitchen, stove, and sink.

The only thing was the shampoo and conditioner dispenser. Was not working properly. Tiny amount of product dispensed and it was a little frustrating. Other than that no complaints.

Convenient location, clean facility, comfortable bed.

Mechanically noisy (AC, refrigerator, etc. I’m a light sleeper…). Had to use earplugs to sleep. Don’t count on the breakfast to be fulfilling; cold cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea and some fruit. If you’re wanting a hearty breakfast, there are off site choices nearby.

more variety from day to day for breakfast but loved having the kitchen in our room and a grocery storn next door so we could a hot tub would have been nice but took a hot bath. Water could have been hotter.
