The location of the property was close to the freeway, several shopping outlets, and right next to the Cal Expo grounds where the event I was attending was being held so it was extremely convenient. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable with a good amount of power outlets. The fridge provided at our room did a great job keeping our snacks cold.

The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better. There was some hairs left behind on the toilet when we had arrived. Additionally, the main elevator at the center of the property, although functional, moves pretty slowly even if you're only moving up or down a floor.

I like the room size the bed and shower pressure the blackout curtains. Convenience to airport and the events we participated in. Parking and price of parking. Response to service request. Service from staff

The shower did not get hot enough. The bathroom needed to be cleaned a little more, tv too small and did not work upon each attempt to use it, phone to call to front desk did not work

I was extremely surprised at how much better courtyard was . I just came from staying at the landing and Hawthorne in Folsom and both were so terrible I couldn't imagine a decent place . This place is so much better than any supposed middle Rd hotel. It's gorgeous , cleanliness was a 12 out of 10 . You could eat off the floors. Service was amazing , the lady at the front desk was outstanding . I was stressed and tired about my reservation being canceled at townhouse and being booked , I found a room at 11 pm across the way for a great price and she made the check on seamless. Coming from weeks of stressfull stays , this has been a dream. The beds actually had blankets and the bed was so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. I vowed to never sleep inside the bedding at hotels anymore and this place i jumped right in and got the best sleep I have had in weeks. I was going to check out and go to my reservation at double tree but I decided to cancel and stay here. Thank you courtyard and team

This is my go-to hotel when I'm in Sacramento (which is often). The price is reasonable and what I get for the price is exceptional. The dinner is great comfort food and the person who served me (whom I've seen in all my visits) has excellent customer service skills. I believe he remembered that I don't like ice in my water. That little touch is priceless. And the bed! The pillows are comfortable and the bed is like my own. I never fail to have a great night sleep when I'm there.

I believe the Courtyard needs to install liquid soap in their bathroom.

The bistro menu is the best of all the courtyards I've stayed in the past. Also, the server remembered me from previous stays. An excellent customer service plus!

The breakfast is a tad expensive. Also, the signage is nil on the front. Don't know why, but it seems as though the Marriott Courtyards have a tradition of minimal signage to their hotels. I had to drive around to locate it. Ditto the Marriott Courtyard Airport hotel. Had to drive around it to determine whether it was my hotel or not.

I like that it was close to Cal Expo also was very clean and front desk staff was excellent.

The breakfast looks Great. But the breakfast crew that morning 2 ladies were very rude. Forgot about my breakfast I kept seeing people coming and seating with their breakfast so I asked what happen to my breakfast? She said We gave all your breakfast out, I said No you forgot 1 order she called mng or supervisor who ever she was cause she didn't introduce her self and also wasn't wearing a tag so I don't know who she was but she was also rude and blame me for her employer's mistake. At the end I didn't get my breakfast 😕 wish I pay for!!!

Place looked pretty fancy and was very clean. Most staff were great and happy and friendly.

The room was not as nice as much cheaper places I've been. The A/C was clanky and loud, the toilet was far from the wall for some reason TP behind you on the side. Shower head just didn't have the right setting. The bed was OK but the pillows are not comfy (personal preference I suppose)

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised to find we had a relaxing night as at home. The dinner at the bistro was very good. Our waiter gave us exemplary service.

Breakfast was a tad expensive. We opted for the breakfast but we weren't fully aware of the limitations of our choices. However, the food was good.

Stayed for California International Marathon. I liked: 1) location where the official CIM shuttle buses to/from the start/goal come right next to the premise. 2) parking lots located adjacent to the rooms so it's very convenient to load/unload the bags. 3) bed which is very comfy and help relax at night before the race. 4) simple breakfast and coffee available from 4am to 5am (which is shuttle bus pickup time) for the runners.

Told the front desk that the draining plug in the tab was missing, but no one came to solve it. As a result, I wasn't able to soak my body in a bath in the evening before the marathon.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean. Appreciated security on the property visible at night.

Would like to be informed that we needed to request housekeeping in order to get it. Would like to see a nicer gift shop area with more items.
