I love everything about Sure Stay Cal Expo every single member of staff is here is absolutely awesome the rooms are super clean comfortable the room and the bed bed is Four Seasons just smaller with out the fancy bath room and you could stay at Sure Stay probably a year for what you pay at the Four Seasons 💯 and the breakfast buffet is so awesome 💯 there isn't one bad thing I could say about Sure Stay Cal Expo

There nothing I didn't like!

Super private and comfortable! Nice to just relax when you want to head back to your hotel and unwind. Bed was super comfortable and the ac/heater was fairly simple to use. The bathroom much to my shock was spotless! As was all our bedding which I immediately looked over. I’m very impressed and I’m definitely going to want to stay here again.

I’m not sure who but we had a few issues most nights with some of the other guests smoking marijuana on the property despite there being a no smoking rule on the property. I don’t blame the hotel for this issue though.

Close to the Cal Expo center

It is clear they are letting the place slip downward from last year. No pool or Spa...just green water. Grumpy night clerk lady, NO TOWELS upon check in...went to the front desk and got one for the both of us. Seemed like people were living there...kids running and screaming during the day. If they want to divide it info part Motel and part temp living they should divide it so the motel guests do not have to deal with the drama. We will stay again as it is cheap but I sure hope they put some effort into it.

That is was a quiet comfortable stay

The fact that the office people did not tell me we had to do through the office to get clean towels I was told through the maid service I had to go through the office half way through my stay

Sure stay was very nice in all aspects of my stay other then one major problem. I reserved a room on bookings so my sister could easily pay for it with her credit card. I was in Sacramento, she was in Olympia, Washington. Seems simple enough. What ended up happening is my credit card that was just holding the reservation was carded and my sister's credit card was charged. When at the motel I was told they would get it straightened out, but they never did. My sister's card was charged to a different room then mine. It's taken one month with a number of calls and emails, so far with no resolution. Needless to say this overcharge has cost me a great deal of trouble and expense.

I loved that we had a view of the pool! The best part was the very good hot breakfast in the morning! Wonderful people! They helped me out a lot! The Ac worked wonderful!

I hate to say anything but one of the beds were so uncomfortable! Something was wrong with it! There should have been a fan in bathroom and we were hoping for a long mirror!

I didn't like how the door was on the inner side of the building. Not on the outside by the parking spots like the most. It is more of a walk to get things in and out of my car to the room. Plus there was no handicap parking near my room

I didn't actually stay this trip. Although I have stayed many times before. Unfortunately,due to a bad judgement call, I found myself without my ID or $ card the day of my reservation. After the first night (still holding on to the hope if them being returned) I did not cancel the reservation. Leaving me unable to check in on either night of the 2 nights I had booked. I'm leaving this review bcuz although my reservation was non refundable, they did not chargee for either night which was such a huge blessing considering I would not be able to have my card replaced for a number of days. They were also willing to work with me in regards to my ID. I had photo copy as well as being a repeat & familiar customer. I ended up sleeping in my truck due to my inability to access funds but the hotel & staff went far and beyond what I had expected. I am very grateful and will absolutely continue to stay at their hotel. I must add, for the price, the location, the cleanliness, the feeling of security, the ease of accommodating my service animal, and the sound sleep I always get during my stay.. they STILL get 10's across the board from me! 😁 Thanks again Sure Stay Cal Expo & Staff. The staff was nice the breakfast was good

My bed really squeeked every time I move literally squeezed. I didn't like the fact that there were weird guys just hanging out in front of the lobby n parking lot looked homeless.

There was no eggs sausages or other accommodating breakfast items for the waffles. For the two nights 3 days we were there 😒

When we mentioned something to a guest an employee didn’t realize we were together and was making a rude facial gesture at our a conversation. And when I mentioned it she walked away instead of apologizing.
