The Midtowner was a really cozy place. Not in the center of the city but still close enough to where you could walk a few blocks and get to the nearest food spot, store, or bars/clubs. Easy access to the freeway. IHOP right on the corner (always a win for me) the staff was amazing. Definitely worth the stay if you just need some time away.

The area is not as bad as they say in the reviews, it was not noisy or scary. The parking lot was near the rooms and we could see our car from the window. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. There was a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a comfortable and clean bed, a large mirror. Bedside tables with charging lamps. Clean and working plumbing. There were shampoo, conditioner and soap. The Wi-Fi was good, no problems with it. A modest breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages, toasts, bagels, cream cheese, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juices, apples.

The lock on the bathroom door was broken, and the door would not fully close. It was inconvenient to use the bathroom with that. The bathroom walls were not very clean. There was no shower gel / body wash. The shower was not fully covered by the door, some water would leak onto the bathroom floor. There was no complimentary welcome water.

The owners as well as the young woman I dealt with on Sunday were all Amazing. They are all friendly, well informed about the area and how to get around, since he used the light rail system. I booked the room 2 separate weeks for My brother and he was able to get to all his appointments and now has his life back on track.

Neither My brother or Myself have anything negative to say about this Hotel.

ANGELICA, ANGELICA, ANGELICA, LOL, the receptionist named Angelica was super kind to me. I was dealing with some personal trauma, and she was the best listener, and really helped guide me through my hotel reservations. She's the smartest person I've ever spoken too, and I lived at UC Davis for 6 years. If i saw her working I would go book the room during her shift, because I could trust her to not try to rip me off. Traveling can be taxing, sometime, but thanks to Angelica I feel like i paid my taxes stress free, and my hotel stay reflected my initial experience with her being so kind, polite, sincere positve, personable, and caring!

Honestly, the eggs were gross, the cereal was lame, there were a few crackhead folks, which you can't avoid in the city, but all and all, i had an excellent stay.

Breakfast is a nice amenity but i would like to see sausage options for individuals that don't eat pork. Also, another fruit option if possible would be nice. The king beds are comfy. I think the hotel housekeepers could do a better job of checking to see if guests need any extra towels, supplies or trashed dumped if they are there for more than 2 nights.

The parking lot can be power washed more often. Perhaps the hotel can provide a list of nearby restaurants and other amenities to guests. Work with the same businesses to offer discounts to guests if they patronize the restaurant.

I loved the location, I love the room decor! I DIDN'T like the fact that the room hadn't been swept. The next morning I got a broom from the cleaning young lady and swept it myself. I DIDN'T like that the TV remote wasn't programmed to be able to turn channels and adjust the volume I had to keep getting up to change the channels manually lol But other than that, I had a perfectly lovely time! I ate, slept and watched Golden Girls lmao! Thank you, Sharon F Baker

We stayed one night, and it was ok for what we needed. Namely, the bed was comfortable and the shower great! The room size was good. Had a good sized fridge. Breakfast was provided and it was Close to restaurants.

The place is in need of refurbishment. Our car got scratched while it was parked and the person at the desk didn't have access to the cctv. No microwave or kettle. Toilet flush was not good.

Location was outstanding next to the freeway, but not too noisy. Saw a few homeless folks next door on the corner but no issues. Overall Nice stay, comfortable, breakfast was great. Big pat on the back to Midtowner's Management. Your employee/staff at the front desk was on it check in was easy and my request was awesome (even though I showed up late) he was so professional, and customer oriented it made the stay and made me feel as definitely recommend people to give your Midtowner a try.

My room was in an indoor corridor. The room was simple, spacious, and what I needed for the night. The breakfast was not bad, although it had fairly limited choices; however, there is an IHOP next door. The parking was a little challenging.

Not much. It met my needs, and the staff was excellent.

The location is good close to my job site, it does have homeless people around but surprisingly I feel safe. The rooms are nice updated and clean staff is wonderful. Really good value I’ve stayed here 3 times now. The breakfast has a lot of variety sausage could be browner but it has good taste would recommend for travelers

The second time I stayed the sheet had a blood stain but the staff was great a provided me with a new one
