The room was quiet, clean and the bed comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The all hours coffee station, dining and lounge area were a nice addition. Although we didn’t drive, there appeared to be ample parking on site or on side streets. The surrounding area was very nice, safe with Capitol Park nearby for morning exercise. A number of bars/restaurants close to the hotel with others in midtown a little further away and a large supermarket within walking distance.

Nothing not to like

The location was very close to the convention center and everything else I needed, such as groceries and restaurants. The room was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if needed.

I think it would be nice to have more fresh air in the rooms and common areas. When I turned off the AC, the air in the room didn’t smell fresh. Also, a bit more water pressure in the shower would be better.

This hotel is really convenient in downtown Sacramento. The front desk employee gave us a cookie when we checked in. The inside of the hotel is a bit unique since it’s a converted apartment complex with the center courtyard entirely enclosed. The second floor above the parking garage is lounge with coffee and nice plants. The rooms are all facing the interior lounge area and are well-equipped for a comfortable stay.

There’s not much to complain about, it’s quite comfortable without being a fancy hotel. The parking situation is very limited, so you might need to park on the street right outside the hotel but we found a spot easily.

My oldest and I came into town for a show. The hotel was right down the road from the venue we could walk. We had stayed there before and enjoyed it. Staff is phenomenal I was having a melt down due to my phone breaking and they were patient with me to get parking paid for. Located in a great neighborhood with tons of food near.

Everything. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back for more shows.

The room was very nice and spotless. The staff is very helpful and personable. The location was great, several restaurants, bars, and breweries within walking distance. Great coffeeshops too within blocks. We didn’t use the car during our stay at all. The room offered anything you might need down to a little shoe polish package. Keurig coffee machine but also coffee available in the cafe space atrium including half and half. The fridge was very nice size and quiet. There were also several lights in the room which were easy to turn on and off. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were different sizes and good quality. Our room was not impacted by traffic noise at all.

The shower head could use a replacement. The A/C unit is a little noisy even on the low setting unless you like to have a little white noise. As the windows can be opened we let the night air do the cooling.

We selected this hotel for our stay while attending an anime convention at the convention center. The main draw was the price - it was significantly cheaper than surrounding options. Despite this, the accommodations were wonderful! The rooms are a bit cramped but have everything you could want: good wi-fi, great AC unit, windows that open to let in a breeze, wide selection of good quality toiletries, very clean, relaxing atrium area with free coffee and microwave, refrigerator in the room, etc. I could go on, but we wanted for nothing. Very comfortable and pleasant stay.

A free breakfast would have been nice, but there are many restaurants nearby. The parking garage is hotly contested. We managed to steal a parking space, but unlucky guests will need to park at a meter or in a garage. However, the hotel will waive the $15 parking fee if that happens.

The lobby was welcoming. The young man in the front desk was nice and helpful. He assisted me in finding the venue that was within walking distance and thank goodness for his recommendation to walk than than drive! Ace of spades was Not that far at all. The room I had was realllly nice, very clean and spacious. I love that it was located in the corner of the building-there was a big window space, more than a regular hotel with a view of the streets. I actually really like that. Bathroom was clean. Beds were comfy. I love the atrium, nice place to relax. I, unfortunately lost my favorite prescription glasses. Amanda was very nice to assist via telephone when i wqs already home. I love that she was very helpful and even followed up with me to let me know that it was not found. I'm very sad I can't find those glasses which is that last time I had it but it's OK. The service here was A+.

Nothing really. I've seen housekeepers very early as I walk inside the hotel and through the atrium.. They saw me but didnt smile, but i could understand they're working. Haha. Only a few cracks in the top toilet cover and tub, nothing that'll stop me from returning :)

The room was very pleasant and comfortable, it was nice to have the little fridge and microwave and coffee station. It was a great location, close to the event we were in town for. The recommendations for breakfast places came in handy! The little park nearby was part of a lovely walk to the SacAnime event.

We had a one night stop over here, it was a nice clean room. The location is good with parking at a extra fee. The room set up is abit strange as they all open into a shared lobby where you can get complimentary tea and coffee. It was abit noisy in the morning due to this but overall it was a nice stay and we would book again.

Parking inside of the building, the cleanliness of the hotel and room. Also loved the elevator and how it was old school. I did like the layout of the 2nd floor!

That there wasn’t any breakfast before we checked out but was informed ahead of time by the employee at the front desk.
