Centrally located. Didn’t need a car to walk around, go to Old Town or the eateries around the Golden One Center. Was able to walk to a park on Friday and attend a “Concert in the Park” event. Can’t beat the location!

The rooms have medium to poor lighting. The wall mounted lamps are weak and the strongest light is the desk lamp. Also, $47 a day for parking (Valet cause there’s no parking lot) is a little high. Since the valet service is a business itself, the hotel doesn’t care about your parking needs. A brochure offering nearby 24hr lots would’ve been helpful…. A bartender directed me to one really close to the hotel for less money.

This hotel was AMAZING! Great location near downtown Sacramento, and the Rivercats baseball stadium (to which we walked). The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. We got upgraded to a larger room on the top floor, which was very appreciated. The room had a lot of space and counter tops, which we all liked. And the decor, both in the lobby and the room, was fun and whimsical. The shower in the bathroom was one of the BEST I've had in decades (roomy, great water pressure, shower head very high) - sounds like a small comment, but absolutely true! This hotel EXCEEDED my expectations on so many levels!

The roof top bar was closed, due to a private event (which we can't control), but that was a bummer (but understandable).

Hello, my name is Tilynne. I secured the room for my granddaughters “ Sweet Sixteen” festivities. I was told that the room was very nice.

I secured the room that was supposed to have 2 queen beds, on November 6, 2024. (Actual stay 2/23) However, when my Daughter and Granddaughter arrived to check in they were told no 2 queen rooms were clean and they would have to wait. So they waited. They were told attend a show that evening and needed to get into the as soon as possible. They were then offered a 2 separate rooms on the same. (My granddaughter is just 16) Then they were offered 1 room with a 1 king bed and with the time constraints decided to take it. I reached out to Booking.com, spoke to John, who was supposed check into this issue for me but haven’t heard anything since

The close location to the Golden one arena. Nice big shower just need to turn the handle all the way past hot at least in our room . The Bee Kind toiletries to use during the stay fell in love with them. The food was delicious just be aware there are extra charges for delivery and in room service. Paper carton and plastic silverware. We had the 7th street 🍔 burger and then in the morning steak and eggs and French toast

Street noise and difficult to pull up to valet my car. Had to drive around several times to try and not be in the red zone. They definitely need more assistance in getting cars moved sooner very limited drop off area spent a good twenty minutes trying to not end up in red zone. Finally had to and asked them to move my car as quick as possible and they did . I wanted a little later check out but they couldn’t accommodate check out is 11am I was hoping 12pm but would have been charged Bring your own water or it will be $5 a bottle. I had bought a box of the same water for about $20 so I had packed some . They do have water and cups available downstairs

When they didn’t have the room I had booked through a third party they went above and beyond to make it up to us. We got drink vouchers, restaurant voucher and upgraded to a capital dome view! Had an amazing time and Rick at the front desk was amazing. Also I was worried about parking from reading other reviews and valet was a breeze and everyone was so friendly. I would def recommend and stay here again!

Pillows were not very comfortable but not horrible and that is literally the ONLY negative I can think of.

I like how they accommodated my discomfort by moving my room and upgrading the room.

I reserved a ADA room. The first night I was in room 515. The bed was ADA. However, the tub did not have any bars. The room was also on the side of a busy loud intersection with a train, music, and loud vehicles. I requested ear plugs. Nonetheless, they weren't effective. I made a complaint and my room was upgraded and I received a $40 voucher for their restaurants.

Nice location, clean and stylish rooms. Quite good

We booked a room for two adults and two children (7 and 12). Reservation says that breakfast is included in the final price. Unfortunately the hotel demands on the additional payment for the breakfast which is quite disappointing. Everything else is pretty good. Ah, there’s no parking other than 45$ overnight valet. This together with the breakfast issue ruined our experience a little but it’s still an ok spot

The service at this hotel was outstanding. From the valet when we arrived to Milan at the front desk who was absolutely delightful, it’s obvious that the staff are trained to be friendly and courteous and helpful at all times. Everyone we encountered (even the bellman in the elevator) were truly exceptional. What a pleasure just to be there. We were going to the UCD graduation and the hotel is about a two minute walk to Golden 1 and old downtown Sac and the Capitol Mall are also minutes away. Our room had a nice view of the Capitol building. The breakfast was good but a bit slow. It was reasonably priced compared to other hotel breakfasts. I would highly recommend this hotel for location, cleanliness and above all service.

Only minor issues were coffee machine that didn’t work (could totally see where housekeeping wouldn’t have known that and could have easily been replaced if we’d had time) and thermostat that was hard to use and stayed lit up with a bright light all night.

Weirdly enough, a more accessible vending machine with a wider (and perhaps more conventional) array of drinks and food items would have been nice. A big deal? Hardly. There was a vending machine in the fitness center. Some offerings were “healthy” in an unappealing way. Yeah, buy a granola bar when you’re ought and about, in case at 10:30 pm you feel the need for one. lol

Nice big rooms, and very clean

Pillows are very hard. Also the breakfast restaurant looked amazing, but due to a busy day with UC Davis Graduation, they made it reservation-only. We were not told about this earlier, and neither were the front desk workers. We were able to get refunded for our breakfast vouchers thankfully, but it was quite a let down as the restaurant looked great and the breakfast voucher looked like a great value.
