I enjoyed everything about this place. I was at a gross motel a few miles down the road and my son and I found this place the night before we moved hotels. The night lady was great, I checked in the next morning and I was give my room key at noon free of charge. I was clean, comfy, safe and breakfast was great.

Only thing that sucked was the hot tub stopped working. No pool and it’s hard to find any fast food close.

The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. The staff were helpful and professional. There is a swimming pool and the motel is next to a really good Mexican restaurant. There was no hairdryer in the room and as soon as I mentioned it one was brought within 5 mins.

There were 5 washers and 4 driers in the guest laundry and only 3 washers and 1 dryer were working.

Room was clean and spacious. Shower shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing! I will have to get some for myself. The area was very quiet so our stay was very restful. The staff were very welcoming and quick to address any issues we had with our keys not working. Thank you Best Western for a great stay. I will always be looking for a Best Western when traveling.

Our room was clean and well done. The bed was comfortable, the linens were clean, and it was a good space for 2 people. We also ate breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed the options and service. The Laundry/ice facilities needed some work but it was a minor inconvenience, not a big issue.

This is a motel style where the doors open directly to the parking lot area. Our door did not seal well so the cars/trucks coming and going seemed very loud. We never felt unsafe but it was disruptive.

Staff was really nice to me as soon as I walked in to check in. There is plenty of parking lot for everyone, cars/pickup even, semis close to downtown and you have lots of close by stores

AC was not cool enough, and cant even crack the window an inch or nothing. They just need to maybe clean filters to get them to cool down more.

Staff friendliness, great customer service, great pricing and breakfast was great. Waffle mix and egg omelettes were delicious 🤤. Water pressure in shower was great.

Didn’t like the sausage patties (didn’t like the taste). Building conditions are a bit outdated: Our toilet rocked when we sat on it, bedroom door didn’t close all the way. It didn’t lock all the way so we had to use the chain to feel a bit safer. Our beds were on wheeled frame which made them slide around when one of us got up at night; we couldn’t find the lock mechanism to stop the bed from rolling.

The room was not cleaned properly, housekeeping told me to mop my own room & that after being there for two nights I wasn’t supposed to get my room cleaned

Location near gas stations, freeway, and restaurant. Guest private access to walk trail along river and to Discovery Park.

There was a lot of insects ie. big pink caterpillars, lizards, wasps, and spiders. A lot of spider webs on patio, fence, even on vending machines.

Breakfast was good. The (African American) Breakfast lady was very nice and friendly. She gets a 15 out of 10. She was an awesome person and made sure I got some food for my family. Bathroom curtain was ripped Hand towels were a bit dirty, they had stains. Location was good , easy to find. Even though, there were minor issues, I will stay there in the future.

Unfortunately we forgot our reusable ice packs in the freezer. I called and asked about them, was promised a call back but never received one.
