All of the staff was so helpful and very kind! The room we had was so roomy, and my husband and I need that as between us we have a bad back and bad hip! The room was also very clean and comfortable as well. You get a full breakfast in the clean large breakfast knock and the scrambled eggs are hot fresh and never low. Theme for the sausage. They also have a large waffle bar with fruit coffee and fresh orange juice. If your not into that they have yougart, cold cereal, bread to make toast and oatmeal. Ontop of all this, the whole area is wiped down and kept clean and sparkly. I highly recommend the SureStay Plus by Best Western Sacramento North, my husband and I will need to make several trips to Sacramento in that area and we will always be staying at this SureStay Plus by Best Western Sacramento North. Honestly, nothing.

I appreciated that the cost for a 2 day stay was extremely reasonable and budget friendly. The security gates were reassuring. It was a nice surprise the hotel provided full bathroom sundries : shampoo, rinse, bath wash, and lotion dispensers.The included breakfast was hearty and delicious.. The pool and Jacuzzi was welcoming, after a short walk to near by Old Sac.

Initially, I didn't appreciate the closeness offramp and the view. But, honestly,, once the door closed and the air conditioner was on, the view was no longer an issue.

I really like the 2 girls that work swing shift they are 2 of the greatest employees I have ever had to talk to they were very knowledgeable about their jobs. They helped you with any questions and if they didn’t have the answer read at hand, they found out they had the most amazing personalities, and then in the morning that man manager and his pregnant wife are the same way but the older lady manager is the most rude money hungry lying lady I’ve ever met in my life and I’ve asked other people that I share my Booking.com with what they thought and all their opinions across the board were the same

The place was decent and the people staying there were friendly. They seemed to be a family run business and lady helping me check in was accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was decent and changed daily. It is one minute from the freeway and easy, short drive to get to airport from here. They area was bit sketchy but was glad they have security onsite. Would stay again, great pricing and decent bed and room size. Was bonus having actual hot breakfast included.

Nothing worth mentioning, just the location is somewhat sketchy but close to everything.

The staff was really nice and the office manager is really nice as well and the lady at the front desk is really nice

Security I don’t like how after 21 days we have a check out for 24 hours if we could just sign a piece of paper saying that we won’t establish Regency would be perfect so we didn’t have to leave for a day and then come back with all her stuff and mandatory look through the rooms on 21 days would be so much better

Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. The area looked a little rough when I first seen it. With the fence around the place. But our room was clean, everything worked, and it smelled good. Beds were comfortable i would definitely stay there again

The area wasn't the greatest with a lot of drug addicts hanging out alongside the road, but the police had security and a fence it was safe. Other than that everything was good

It was nice and quiet the only complaint they locked the thermostat on the wall so couldn't turn the air on when I was a little hot but it cooled down also make note that the queen beds I booked seemed to be more full size and no they were not pillowtop all I felt were screws and springs but it was a clean tucked off spot for the night and it looked decent I would give it 3 stars and I would stay again but the bed really took the 4 stars away from it

No tacky parking passes. Clean room each day. Love the gated entry. Front desk woman was delightful! Breakfast was pretty good. Clean sheets fresh smelling. AC worked like magic!! Pool and hot tub are well maintained.

Well it's not the hotels fault but there are shady people at night on the streets in this area. I wouldn't advise talking a stroll after dark.

They are renovating so the rooms are updated. The property is a good location near the freeway. The pool was very clean as well as the jacuzzi. The staff was friendly and very attentive.

It is pretty lively place. If you want just a quiet getaway, maybe this is not the place. There was a variation of young people and families but at night it got pretty loud.

Gated parking lot was a good addition felt safe. Rooms were clean staff was nice.

I didn't like stipulations of the promotion on the stay two days get a day for free. We obviously qualified for the two night get a day for free but due to booking issues or third party issues qualifications were dismissed even though cash was paid on property. We feel if two nights can be verified as a state paid night then regardless the extra free line should be rewarded. That's it
