We were so pleased with this hotel and the staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcomed . We were in town from NC for my mother's funeral service and this hotel was kind enough to give my family of 5 free breakfasts during our stay . I was absolutely amazed at their kindness . The location is perfect. Close to the Airport and down town sac and garden highway with amazing restaurants by the river . We enjoyed laying by the pool and the hot tub at night was relaxing. This is the best Hilton experience I've had . We will stay here next time we come for a visit. Oh and the breakfast made to order omelettes and potatoes with bacon and sausage and fresh fruits is just the start 😁

Staff upon arrival was not friendly. Did not notify me about the $100 incidental fee, just requested payment without explanation. Odd silence when checking in. Almost short and rude. Filipina lady with the scarf.

Being as West Sacramento is generally very warm, the heavily shaded parking lot was very much appreciated. The staff on check-in were a bit testy but the rest of the visit they were quite friendly and helpful. Although we didn’t have a chance to use it, the pool looked very inviting.

The bed sounded hollow when sat upon, had very little give - didn’t sleep well as a result. The toilet seemed very low.

Room was excellent. The pool area is great and very well kept. Breakfast was good and price was decent. Very friendly staff (specially the front desk lady that checked us in).

They did not have a large selection of alcoholic beverages- Only 3 beers for sale.

The room did not have luggage racks and I had to open my luggage on the floor. And I didn't like how you couldn't go back in the hotel through the side door and had to walk all the way back to the front lobby every time.

WiFi is terrible in 3rd floor, it was disconnection to much. I was sharing internet from my mobile to work in my computer.

Clean, air conditioner was on when we arrived; front staff are excellent; Hanna was friendly and very helpful when we arrived and during our stay. We liked the extra space in the room to store our belongings.

That breakfast wasn’t included in the price.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was quiet with ample parking. The room was fully equipped with iron and ironing board . Coffee and hot water are available in the entry lounge.

There was no fan in the bathroom, nor were there a safe, a writing pad, or guide to the TV or enviirons. The free breakfast was basic (coffee, juice, yogurt, bread and bagels, oranges for fruit, and hot oatmeal. Any hot items were available cooked to order for $12.95. I had difficulty logging on to wifi (more secure.connection wasva fee of $4.95) with vpn on my laptop. All together, small items that surprised me for a brand name chain.

Staff was wonderful! It was our first time staying at a hotel with our dog and it was a fantastic experience. Room was very clean and the restaurant food was great! Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Highly recommend.

The staff, bar and restaurant. Also, the room was comfortable.

Our room, #208, had a very loud HVAC unit so when turned on we could not sleep. It was also hard to regulate.
