Really nice staff, went out of the way for me. Long story however it was all about a piece of tape that I needed and they came through. I did ask through the text message they sent me (I thought that was awsome) for conditioner to be filled and they were supper promt about that and even resounded after they comepleted the task. that was the only name I got Jasmyne.

Did not really know how the rooms were made up? They did not come to our room during the 3 day stay, however I figured it did not happen unless we asked and I did not. Price on the valet little high, however it the service for it made it worth it. They went above and beyond everytime we came in and out with the car.

We needed a place that was somewhat close to the airport. It's about a 15 minute drive and it worked out perfect. The beds were clean and comfortable and the building was quiet. The air conditioning unit was a little bit loud but not unbearable. For a family of four who just needed a place to crash for the night before getting an early flight it was perfect.

The staff member, Darlene was amazing. Very helpful and courteous. Slept well, beds very comfortable. TV in room 206 was too small. Other than that everything was fine. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. The Hotel was very quiet. Would definitely stay there again. The Black Bear restaurant was right across from the Hotel. Burger King was next door to the Black Bear restaurant. Our room also had hardwood floors. That was nice

comfy bed and pillows, tasty WAFFLES and hard boiled eggs, free toothbrush at the front desk. i really liked it here. for being a basic hotel it was extremely comfortable and accommodating.

Worst thing was water used for morning coffee was tap and smelled/tasted bad. i also would have like the staff to be more friendly (seemed tired) and considerate with their carts in the elevator (they did not allow guests to go first).

We had to come for an emergency funeral, so we appreciated the affordability of the two Rooms we rented. I was especially impressed with the Queen Suite. It had all the right accommodations. The room was spacious and included a couch, microwave, fridge and mini-sink; cabinets for snack storage; ample places to plug in electronic devices. The room included a heating and cooling system that worked well. TV with Premium cable options. The bed was comfortable but (definitely bring an extra blanket). I also liked the lighting in the room, it was thoughtfully installed. The bathroom was clean and had a great showerhead. Even the vent was clean, no dust blowing on you if you used the fan. I was also impressed by how pet friendly the facility was! We didn't have a dog but many people who stayed did, and no one complained. Continental breakfast wasn't too shabby. You could get a hot waffle, coffee and tea, milk and cereal, to-go danishes and fresh fruit. The location was in a bit of a precarious spot, but there were two gas stations, Black Bear Diner, and a Burger King in walking distance.

We kinda got trapped in the elevator for a few minutes on our way out somewhere (it's a little old school). I was hoping for breakfast Saturday morning but there wasn't anything to eat, so I just suggest sticking up on snacks if you're traveling with kids.

The property was clean. The mattress was comfortable. Good storage with decent amount of hangers.

The area isn’t horrible but certainly not the best. I was slightly anxious about how my car would do as far as getting broken into but it was fine. It’s actually very quiet. I think some of the negative comments got the best of me and I know in general Sacramento has seen a horrible increase when it comes to homeless people.

Considering we were near freeway it was quiet. No complaints! Comfortable! Bedding looked scarce but it ended up being perfect.

Bummed there was no refrigerator as shown in pictures online. We had brought sandwich stuff and hardboiled eggs that we thought we'd be able to put in fridge. Luckily we had cooler and could get ice.

It's located right off the freeway with a few nearby gas stations and places to eat. The staff at the front desk are very pleasant and make checking in and checking out easy and fast. They have a waffle maker and provide muffins, fruit, yogurt, cold cereal, boiled eggs, coffee and juice for breakfast.

The rooms do not have a microwave or fridge. Their breakfast selection is small, if you're looking to have any meats, they do not provide any. Housekeeping staff, unfortunately the ones I met were not friendly.

Bed was perfect room very clean and quiet, only suggestion is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Not sure if you have those at your facility in other rooms? But The Whole Staff Was Awesome, If I return to the Capital City Again I Will Be Sure To Stay There Again. Thank You, Angela

There was nothing I found at your property I didn't Like. I don't like crowd's so it was perfect...

Your perfectly adequate freeway hotel for a single-night stay. Room large, with two long beds though I'd paid for queens.

Breakfast was a joke. No proteins or fruit, just carbs. But ya get what ya pay for. Had to push my booking back a week and was inexplicably charged another $9.
