Shower—>Shampoo, Wash Gel, Conditioner are attached to the shower with double sided tape and silicone around it. Not sturdy at all. Recommendations: Attach holder with screws and then use silicone sealer to ensure water doesn’t get to screw or interior of holder.

Everything was excellent.Loved just about every thing. Hated to leave.

Breakfast was great the first morning.Cottage fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, orange juice and coffee. The second morning breakfast menue was not good at all. Had sausage, egg, and cheese muffin junk food. Could not eat it. Had cup of coffee , some orange juice and oatmeal.

Breakfast was okay. Your server was very attentive to making sure all items were available to the guests.

I didn't like my first stay there two weeks prior when the NCAA basketball tournament was held in Sacramento and the room prices were jacked up by a couple of hundred dollars for the second night of my stay. I have already explained how i was i given no notice be to accept the room but was told someone was standing at the desk who would take the room if I didn't want to stay the second night at the much higher price. Poor tactics from your front deak.

We requested a room with accesible accommodations and were impressed. The shower entry was very wide as well as the space around the room. We really enjoyed the close proximity to Universal studios.

The pull out bed was more of a cot, very narrow. I am 5'1 , petite, and just barely fit in both length and width. The round frame of the couch did not make for a very comfortable headboard.

clean, spacious, and amazing breakfast setup!

Was told the pool was heated-but definitely not and too chilly, but it was ok to change that plan. Gentleman who checked us in was super nice and professional-but very hard to hear his voice. It was also busy and loud in the lobby, but he needs to project his voice some more.

rooms very well layed out. able to relax as well as work; spacious and comfortable. morning breakfast provides convenient way to start the day. all staff engaged and pleasant.

The restroom door had an opening we're it makes your restroom not private. Also, at night, when I woke up to the restroom, the light hit very bright in the person face, pretty uncomfortable.

Only one thing that I didn't like. The TV was positioned at a 45-degree angle rather than directly in front of the bed, making it difficult to watch while lying down.

great centralized location for the downtown event we attended at Discovery Park and easy freeway access! the property is fairly new so everything was impeccable, modern, clean and quiet. the staff was very accommodating with early check so we could get to our event in time! Front desk customer service ( I didn’t get her name) was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great and so was the staff always asking is everything was ok and it truly was! Thank You!

Comfortable room.

The bar was closed, which normally wouldn’t be an issue, but i was traveling without a car. Breakfast started too late for me to get anything.
