Centrally located. Valet parking. Accommodations within the hotel are great . Service in the restaurant was excellent always is.

I was placed in a different room than I reserved telling me that it was nicer because it was newer, but there was construction until 5 o’clock and then started at 7:30 AM:/ also, I left my bags there, which is a great courtesy. I could’ve put them in valet, which would’ve had them take them to my car. But they offered to leave them basically around the corner when I went to retrieve my bags the gentleman sat there and kept asking me if I needed anything more than I realize he was looking for a tip, which I would see if he unloaded my bags, took them to my room and so on, but that was not the case very tacky. I’m sure at that level of hotels status they should be compensated correctly.

Location great. Good breakfast I love a hot breakfast buffet bacon delish, sausage, fremch toast especially like the spinach and mushrooms in the eggs. Cranberry juice I enjoyed. Great service and friendly professional associates. Had no worries, felt welcome and taken care of. Thank you. Love the design style, soaps and bath shampoo etc-smells so nice! Water bottles saved me! to take my pills. Love the window nook and shades plus gauzy curtain.

Dusty lamp and surfaces. I washed my shower curtain it smelled really bad and had pink mold on the liner. Freezer needs defrosting. TV would turn off by itself (ghost?) (:

The staff was very friendly, and the room was cozy enough to stay in bed until checkout. Check-in and out were above our expectations!

A few things in the room were broken. E.g. The blinds didn't stay up for the view, and the toilet seat cover didn't stay up on its own. The location wasn't great with kids for walking after the hottest part of the day when a lot of unsolicited people tend to gather in the area. Although we will probably stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located to local points of interest: the Convention Center, Capitol Park, and nearby restaurants and shops. The property is very pretty and the lobby features a bar and dining area. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Check in is kind of messy. When I checked in, there were people standing around the front desk with no semblance of a line. When I was standing behind someone to check in and another desk opened, the people behind me rushed over to the next desk. I walked by on a few other occasions during my trip and noticed people waiting around the front desk waiting to check in or out. No staff were present.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The restaurant and starbucks located in the restaurant made it so much easier than having to drive around town for food or coffee. The restaurant is open until 12-1 a.m. which is convenient to those of us who are returning from a late night show. The beds are comfy, front desk staff is personable. Will definitely be going back when in Sacramento.

The food was good and the service was excellent.

This area has become somewhat dicey. I stayed at the Sheraton in 2001 when I took the bar exam in the complex just north on the hotel. At that time, the area was clean and there was no uneasiness. It is much different today.

The staff was simply excellent. The inside hotel ambiance is very nice.

The outside environment around it could have been better for it to be considered a romantic hotel. It was many homeless around. I felt so sorry for them. Also, the carpet in the eating area need to be replaced.

The proximity to all the things we wanted to see was perfect! The lobby and restaurant were clean, and the staff was amazing. The room was nice and there was a lot of space. Using the key for the elevator made us feel safe.

The door to the restroom would jam, but overall, it was fine.

Great location. Can easily walk to many stores and restaurants. LOVE LOVE LOVED the entire staff, & I met several. They were the nicest, most friendly & accommodating of any place I’ve ever stayed. Especially one who worked night shift. I think his name was Eric. He was so patient & kind.

my bathroom wasn’t very clean when I checked in but I loved the soaps, shampoo and conditioner. They smelled so good!

Everything was great.

Wish I had used valet as across the street parking for 2 days cost me $48.00. If the lot across the street is advertised as parking, the hotel should validate for guests.
