The hotel/motel was nicer than I expected. The rooms were basic, but clean and spacious. The bed was particularly comfortable with lots of small pillows. The breakfast was also great every morning.

While the staff were great one on one, they can use a little support in greeting people when they come in and letting them know that they've been seen. I came in at a busy time and just stood off to the side waiting to get acknowledged. But, really, everything else was great.

The location was pretty darn good, I'd say. I wouldn't walk alone but it is a short drive to everywhere. I liked that the rooms were only on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There wasn't much staff around but there was always someone where I needed them and they were always helpful. Breakfast was nice, served from 7 to 10! There was a waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, orange and apple juice, oatmeal, fruits, and tea and coffee. No extra fee for parking and no hold/deposit for incidentals. There was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room which was nice.

The heater was noisy and made weird sounds, but I didn't care enough to tell them about it at the time. The bathroom walls needed some TLC. There was cracked painting and dark spots like mold was building. Didn't bother me much but it's not pretty. The rooms were very basic looking, not fancy. There were many sketchy people when you walked on the streets, but apparently this is normal in this downtown area and we didn't have any issues because we drove everywhere.

Is was vey clean in the property,parking, very safety, very good location , good security, I get surprises because the room it was super clean and nice looking ,good Welcome and all the amenities. Me and my wife were so happy fir the stay. I will recommend. And is right in downtown , absolutely is a 6 blocks from the golden 1 concert place, it take walking 10 min, I will suggest to leave the car in the hotel , good complimentary breakfast. We’re have a good time.

For us it was ok, no complaints,

I liked that the room did not have a smell or stench. It smelled fine. The bedding was clean and comfortable, The breakfast was pretty good. Oatmeal, package of 2 boiled eggs, yogurts, fresh waffles to make, coffee, tea, boiled water, apple juice and orange juice.

I would've liked if they'd offer bottles of water in the room and water for breakfast.

The property is centrally located in downtown Sacramento. Close to walk to a lot of bars, and clubs. The property has pretty ample space and rooms have mini fridges to accommodate.

I was a little bummed that their “breakfast” were waffles, oatmeal, and yogurt. The property does have a wonderful rooftop area, however there is no furniture up there sit.

This is the third time in three years that I have stayed there. Both of the last two times, the soda machine was on the BLINK! I mention this because there is no convenience store close by. After a day of walking around and to and from the Convention Center, I am too tired and the neighborhood is not always safe, Please fix this.

Location was great! I live in Sac and was a bit skeptical about staying Downtown, anywhere. However it was a special occasion and wanted to partake in some adult beverage and not drive!!!! The area was safe and there was lots to do near by!!

The location and layout resemble a motel. The elevator and stairs are not very clean.

Any hotel that serves breakfast is a favorite! but a hotel that serves waffles is even better! which I was pleasantly surprised to find waffles! I checked in late at night and had a king bed on the second floor. I needed to walk outside the elevator located just around the corner from the main entrance and was a little nervous since it was late. But in all, it wasn’t too bad. The king bed was super comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly too! I think the room charge was a little high, but affordable. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!
