8.8/10. Beautiful restaurant, lobby, snug/study area, very comfortable room, love the mini-split room HVAC systems, great beds, sparkling clean and roomy bathroom, great shower. So much parking. I miss this place until I return.

There is way too much ambient aroma of cologne-ish perfumery. It is overwhelming to the point of irritation and difficult to ignore. If it's at a ten, it belongs at a 2. If it were low or gone completely this might be the best hotel in Sacramento for the price. Breakfast was lacking. Fake eggs - no thanks. Bacon was in pieces. Potatoes were maybe room temp and bland. Odd smell of ashtray/smoke present in breakfast room limited to one small location. This sub-par breakfast did nothing to diminish my enjoyment of my stay or its value.

Our family arrived a bit earlier than expected and than the checking time in Sacramento but the team had our room already prepared and that was fantastic, specially since Sacramento welcomed us with 29 degrees celsius while we had woken up at 1 degree that morning, it was nice to be able to get changed and explore the city with a proper outfor for the weather. The room had all we need and more, we were not aware of how well equipped are these rooms in the Hyatt House.

Nothing really, breakfast was complimentary and while as europeans we are used to more fresh fruit in breakfast, I would say it was good enough.

The view was just lovely. We had a delightful chat with the Chef about a particular type of French Toast and she made a small plate of just that very thing for us to try. Wow! That is above and beyond. Also, my husband left his cell phone in our Lyft transportation, where contact with the Driver is difficult to find on the app. Our concierge was relentless in finding an email contact to let them know about our problem. He promised to stay on top of it until we received the phone. Oh my goodness! What terrific and memorable customer service.

The management was wonderful and we had pleasant interactions with them. The host in the breakfast area was a gracious man who made delightfully light and fluffy pancakes. The girl who was training on the front desk with the manager was very helpful and will be a wonderful addition to your staff. As for the cleaning crew, they’re doing a fabulous job of maintaining this historic building late night. check-in was easy and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again.

Things went fine at the property. We liked our whole day.

Location was very convenient to nearby shops, public transportation, and food. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful :)

Even though I had a 5 night stay, my initial hotel room was connected to another room. This caused problems with sleeping because they were loud in the middle of the night. I had to push to get a room change, but eventually it was resolved. The breakfast, though it was nice that it was offered, was bland and nothing extraordinary or unique.

One of the standout features for me was that it’s dog-friendly, which made traveling with my dog so much easier. The hotel also offers a fantastic continental breakfast with a variety of options to suit different tastes, which was a great way to start my mornings. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay, always making sure I had everything I needed.

While my stay at the Hyatt House Sacramento was overall pleasant, I was disappointed with a few aspects, especially considering the price of the room. Basic amenities like bottled water and lotion were not provided, which I would expect from a hotel at this price point. These small touches can make a big difference in comfort, and their absence was noticeable during my stay. Hopefully, this is something they can improve in the future.

Comfortable new property in a wonderful location in Midtown, across the street from Sutter's Fort. Staff is helpful and welcoming; location can't be beat as it is an easy walk to many restaurants on J Street. The rooms are large and comfortable with refrigerator. A good breakfast in the Star Lounge is included. And, the Star Lounge is a happening spot for cocktails and dinner.

Bathroom floor could have been cleaner; I wiped up some water from my shower and towel was black. One has to request housekeeping, which I was not told on check-in, so I didn't have clean towels (or a clean floor) when I came back.

Staff were so friendly to me the first time I visited I decided to return for my second trip. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and was in an excellent location because I was visiting a family member at Sutter hospital across the street. Would love to return.

I thought the breakfast was minimal effort. No staff were around so I was not sure how to ask for food to be replenished. The water for tea was lukewarm. I visited on the weekend and booked last minute so I could hear all the music from the back parking lot and surrounding businesses. I couldn’t sleep until midnight when it was quieter.

This is a great Hyatt nestled in midtown. Great location for walking tree-lined streets in a charming neighborhood peppered with small shops, restaurants, and bars. Very friendly and helpful staff. It’s a beautiful old building that was very tastefully decorated. The rooms were standard hotel style but very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The location, cleanliness and your STAFF esp COSMOS! Hats off to this young man who went extra mile in making my daughter and her fiance's stay stress free ( they drove from LA and heading to Seattle just stopping in Sac for 1 night) . COSMOS made sure their extra luggage was safe ( as we couldn't do valet because they have pick up truck and they couldn't leave it parked along the street with all the valuables ) . He truly emphasize with them and my husband and I could see his genuine care. He is friendly, patient with answering inquiries and always with a smile .
