For the purpose of this stay, it was very close to where I need to be. Accessible to most other needs like food and other things that i forgot. Breakfast was very good! Room upgrade which was nice! Not a lot of noise though it is right in the corner of a busy street. Occasional ambulance siren but it was very close to hospitals so that is understandable.

The pillows could be more firm and not too fluffy that my head just sinks in, no support at all. The TV was not working in the bedroom but we were upgraded to a suite so the other one in the living room was but it’s a minor thing. No toothbrushes, toothpaste which is mostly standard in other hotels. I probably just have to ask. No big deal. Parking in the basement is little too tight but not a lot of cars so there’s a lot of room to maneuver.

I was there the night before an early morning surgery and the parking was easy, it's right across the street from the hospital and the manager said I could park in their lot for free while at the hospital..The room was quiet and clean and had a nice balcony and the shower was good. The night manager, who may have been the owner, was very very kind and that was very nice to experience while being nervous about my next day surgery..I don't know how breakfast is but I do know I will stay there each time I need to be at UC Davis hospital. I will be there again soon and hope it's the same experience..

I can't think of anything..It was very comfortable and nice. I had to leave at 5:00 am and there was no problem during the time I was there..

Overall, my stay at the hotel met all of my needs for that particular visit. The foremost need was to stay in close proximity to the UC Davis Medical Center. My family and I were able to walk across the street to access the Medical Center. It couldn't have been better.

I have no complaints regarding any of the hotel services, staff or amenities. I would stay there again if the need to access health services from the UC Davis Medical Center were required. It would have been more convenient if there were more food service options within walking distance of the hotel location.

I LOVE the fact that I could easily walk to the Hospital because it was right across the street. The room was exceptionally clean. The managers were very nice. The breakfast was well laid out and lots to eat. Also clean! The coffee was fresh and had an awesome taste!! Also, the room refrigerator kept things really cold.

My bathroom toilet didn't flush well for some reason. My card to get in didn't work at first. I felt the carpets in the hallways needed replacing. However, that did not affect the comfort of my stay.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal. I also enjoy the location, the cleanliness, and the comfort of the rooms. I like how the hospital is located across the street and how there are many places to see nearby.

My only downside is that the parking garage is very small and narrow and only has a shared entrance and exit.. I see this as an issues especially when it comes to someone using a rental vehicle. Even if you are trying your best not to cause any damage to the property or any other vehicle coming in or out, it's still very hazardous. With that being said, I had to pay for parking at the hospital parking garage across the way, but at least I knew my vehicle was safe from any harm.

Travelling 5 hours From Northern California and decided last minute to travel down for our Daughters Medical Appt at Uc Davis instead of leaving early in the morning. We were accomodated and arrived after 1230am due to fwy detors and rerouting on gps. Room was nice and comfy but a bit stale. We had 3rd floor reservation which included a Deck that over looked that beautiful back street. Parking was right on street near lobby and breakfast was your typical fan fare of free breafast grab foods.

Dish Tv remote didnt work and we were stuck on a few channels once the batteries respondid. We didnt really watch much as we had to leave very early for Appts. Wall A/c worked but created a mugginess in room. Room window didnt open to allow a flow through.

Very reasonably priced. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Bed and bath linens were good quality. Free parking was available. Location was perfect for our visit. We ordered dinner delivered from a local restaurant. Breakfast was included. Would stay again.

Chair in room was stained and hallway carpeting is well worn and needs to be replaced

We couldn't have asked for a better location to explore Sacramento from. The room was very spacious and would have been ideal for a longer stay.

The tiny parking lot underneath the hotel was tricky to get into (not exactly a deal breaker, but a thing that I would have liked to know beforehand) The breakfast was sub par, as there were no real savory options (hot or cold), and the sweet pastries tasted like the plastic they came in.

Front desk staff was great. Need a key to use elevator from the parking area, liked this for security. Located directly across from UC Davis medical center so was able to walk to hospital. Very convenient

Breakfast wasn't the best. Hot water wasn't hot, had to use microwave to heat the "hot" water. Parking is tough as it is under the hotel. Wouldn't try it with large vehicle as it is a tight space and only one lane down and up.

Everything from the staff, facilities, the room, and the location were all spot on.

The breakfast bar coffee was not always kept full. The parking garage was really insane. We couldn't even turn to get down it. But the guy on shift was amazing on helping us park up top.
