The front desk staff are the nicest that I've interacted with in years. They actually make me feel welcome. And, the grounds, with all the roses, is kept in great condition. I only saw one wayward cigarette butt. I always feel if the grounds look good - then management is taking care of the property.

The internal workings are already showing signs of age. The elevators have very unsettling jumps upon landing, and the heating unit in my room sounded like a jackhammer when it would cycle on. The heater actually woke me up several times during the night.

The hotel is a very nice hotel. The breakfast was the best, a very good selection of food. The young lady made things right.

When we went to lay down, we found hairs on the pillows and in the bed, like the sheets has not been changed. The young lady at the front desk was very polite about the issue. She got us new sheets, but the sheets were the wrong sizes, so she brought us other sheets. It was an experience.

Size of room and quiet corner upper room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I appreciated that my key didn’t work and asked the floor maid to let me in. She graciously declined and explained policy and directed me to the front desk. That impressed me that you value your guests safety.

Cost of room was high and breakfast closes too early. My keys didn’t work most of time because of machine malfunction. No Ironman Triathlon discount for room because it is a very large event. Lots of athletes staying here as well. Really no negative about this place and these are just minor things. I traveled a long way and was very well rested at your place all week

Staff was very nice and truly concerned with me having a pleasant stay. Especially the front desk staff.

You almost had a perfect score, until on my way out in the morning, I saw a hotel employee in the parking lot take his last puff on his cigarette, and then throw the still-burning butt away outside the side entrance into the driveway. I was going to say - up until that point - you had the best cared for landscaping, I'd seen for a property like yours, in a long time.

They were friendly and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good and my boys enjoyed the pool a lot because it was warm and they were able to enjoy all the amenities. Thank you for being cordial with us and treating us with respect.

There was a bug in the room but it didn't bother much because we were able to kill it. The halls also smelled like bleach in the morning and I have fatty liver decease so the smell kind of bothered me.

Free parking, great staff, nice 2 room suite. Made to order omelets were delicious. Staff in the bar was very friendly and welcoming too!

I dumped the scrambled eggs as they were tough!!! So, I ordered an omelet and it was delicious! They had no regular plain tea in the restaurant, only flavored...ugh. I went back to our room to get the one breakfast tea bag I'd seen there.

Marlene at the front desk was an absolute dream. Wonderful personality and superb customer service skills. There was a board in the lobby with holiday events in the area and recommended restaurants that was very helpful. My room was everything I needed it to be. I also used the fitness room and found it very clean and well equipped.

The location was in a good area, far enough out to get away but close enough to everything we visited. Very clean, room, pool, eating area, ect… we dealt with a few staff members & they were all very kind. The Continental breakfast was a wonderful addition, good, fresh food & stays fully stocked & yes they actually have a continental breakfast, as I know many places advertise that but don’t have it. Also loved the tea & coffee station available all day!

Didn’t like that you are charged $10 per day for parking.

This is my second time coming to this hotel when I’m in the area. The rooms are very clean. Even tho it’s right by the highway it’s pretty quiet. Love that they have black out curtains in the rooms definitely helped with sleeping.

The pillows were okay they could be a bigger size. But it was a no biggy thing for the two nights we were there for

Staff very friendly, the continental breakfast has alot of choices, large area to sit, very clean breakfast area, rooms are large.

Nightstands were sticky, lamp bases as well, windows sills were very dusty and the lamp next to the sofa. When we arrived there was ashes or dirt in the bathroom sink.
