The room was clean the bathroom was brand new. Comfy beds and a fridge/microwave. Close to the freeway too.

The location was pretty much in the middle of nowhere and clearly not in a nicer area. Was close to a gas station and restaurant. There was no restaurant at the hotel. They served breakfast in the morning, but there was no food available after 9:00 am. The pool was not nice and I saw a hotel guest cleaning out the pool before his daughter used it in the morning.

We arrived very late due to house-sitting issues before we left. I only slept for 45 minutes. We wanted a place to leave the car and get an airport shuttle. The lady at the desk was great, all else was very good. Our return shuttle avoided road construction (same great lady) and we got good advice for getting around it and head home.

The only problem was with my usual hassles getting home from work and trying to get on the road in a timely fashion, partly due to packing issues regarding meeting the Homeland Security requirements at the airport - it's very awkward. Even with gps due to construction it was rather hard to find the location - it is sort of behind some other structures. But once there it was fine.

This property is close to the airport, very clean, and very secure . Probably more than I expected . There’s a Black Bear diner right across the street, a Burger King if you like that, even a gas station and a truck stop if you prefer. They allowed an early check in which was more than appreciated because of early morning flights and allowed us to tailor housekeeping to our needs.

It’s a little hard to find . In fact, I thought I booked the other one .

Breakfast had good selection. However, the coffee wasn’t hot, just lukewarm. The oatmeal also was lukewarm, not hot. The staff there was very nice and helpful.

More coffee thermos’s available. There was only 2 and 1 was empty every time I went to grab breakfast.

The facilities were clean and the staff was nice. Beds are comfy & so are the pillows! Felt safe in the area, across from Black Bear Diner where the staff was super friendly too, and behind a gas station which was super convenient.

Breakfast was a little cold but could've been on us since we'd go an hour before it was cut off. Also would be nice if they offered dairy free yogurts or milk alternatives.

The room, building and property were all immaculately clean. Quality bedding and pillows - bed was comfy. Lots of pugs for charging phones. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to food and convenience stores. If you just want a safe clean room to sleep for a night then this place is for you.

We didn't like that the room was so tiny. I got an Uber to the airport becuase the shuttle schedule was inconvenient and too much of a time gap between trips. I would have stayed elsewhere for the same cost with a bigger, nicer room. You could hear outside noise throught the window or ac / heater unit or both. The coffee maker was in the BATHROOM - that's just unsanitary.

Clean & beautiful

We’re schedule for shuttle to bring us to the airport but told us on the day we’re leaving that there’s no driver so the receptionist call an Uber for us to dropped us off at the airport. The uber driver was not nice to us.

One thing that was very nice was that u had shuttle service to and from the Airport. I thought that was really great for my family this trip as we did not rent a car we did the Golden Sky Festival and flew in from NJ.

I did not eat breakfast

The only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioner was a little bit difficult to use. I called the desk clerk assisted me and told me to leave the card in the slot and the air conditioner would then work

The property was nice and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was nice. Check in was easy. We did love that there was a microwave and fridge.

It could be cleaner in the lobby and updated on a few things in the rooms as far as paint. Rooms and hall ways feel in closed.
