The hotel is lovely and the staff were so friendly and helpful. A truly delightful place - I used the fitness center and the pool, and had dinner at the restaurant. Thanks for everything - it was great!

I did not opt for the breakfast buffet, as I would have preferred a smaller breakfast for a lesser price. I just don’t eat that much but would have liked to have a menu option for something lighter, without having to pay for the whole buffet.

We pick this property because of its close to the airport with shuttle service . However, coming home we called for a shuttle back to the hotel to get our car. A shuttle wasn’t available , so they said they would send a Lyft . When I got home and checked my credit card they had charged us $50 for the ride. I assumed they would pay, they did not tell me it was at our expense. We will never stay here again.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean as was b the bathroom. Cable and wifi worked well. The food and bar were excellent. I had a wonderful chef salad and my husband's hamburger was delicious with bacon, cheese, onion rings, and all the works.

The bed frames were made of heavy heavy dark wood, and the corners were very sharp. I hit my shin on them every time I walked around the bed. I left with large bruises on both legs. I informed the front desk, and her response was, "Yeah, everyone complains about the bed frames." Really? Why keep those bed frames?

Comfortable and quiet and very clean. Restaurant food and staff was very good. Wake up call just as expected.

I had understood that parking for 8 days was included but found on arrival that booking through an outside source negated that, so I was surprised and disappointed to find that parking charge was added on.

I didn't have breakfast because I forgot it was included. It might be nice for the front desk staff to give clients a reminder about this.

I tried to reserve a shuttle to the airport before I arrived but they would not let me and told me that I will have no problem reserving a spot on the shuttle once I arrived at the hotel. However that was not the case and once I checked in, the shuttle was booked for my preferred time. So I had to wake up earlier in order to catch the earlier shuttle... not happy about this.

This was my default booking and they were outstanding about their service and facilities. They were very helpful and responsive to the needs and questions I had. Their shuttle service was spot-on as was everything else about the facility.

We had a very early International flight to catch to Sacramento Airport , so having family drop us off here the night before worked great. we were able to get the most amount of sleep before our early flight, The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The room accommodations were very clean and comfortable. our shuttle driver was very friendly and professional and we were able to leave at 4 AM sharp to catch our early flight. I do recommend that you call and confirm the shuttle is available when you need it, don’t just assume you’ll get a shuttle if you make a reservation at the hotel. The shuttle ride was 10 to 15 minutes max to drop off at our destination.

The owner or person checking me in was very kind and sympathetic. I was exhausted as I had been at the Emergency Room with my husband for nearly 9 hours. Even though the food service area has closed he offered to have them make something for me. When I said that wasn’t necessary and I picked out some food and a drink from the market/pantry he gave them to me at no charge.

Dinner at the bar. Just a salad and coke. Staff was engaging, friendly. Made us feel quite at home.

Nothing was dislikeable. It was just a short stay for an early flight out.

Great shuttle services, clean room.

Restaurant over priced for bar food. Hamburger was plain, no flavor. Room was loud, can hear every person talking in hallway.
