I had booked an Airbnb that was nothing like the pictures and it was actually filthy. I was not sleeping there. So I had to find a hotel, I've stayed overnight at your hotel before, Hyatt place LAX and I was truly satisfied. So I thought I would try it again in Sacramento and you all did not disappoint. Actually by the time I got in my room and had a full kitchen I was truly ecstatic. I was informed that you only had two locations Sacramento and LAX, please build more 😆 Hyatt House and Hyatt place.

Cleanliness and friendliness. Plenty of parking. Play games in the lobby. Had drinks at the bar. Did laundry before returning home. Laundry used ATM card. That was perfect. Build more please 🥺

I was pleasantly surprised by my room—it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a productive and relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the sofa and desk area, which made it easy to get some work done. One unexpected bonus was the fully functioning window—so refreshing to enjoy some natural air! I also loved having a microwave and fridge in the room, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing but made a big difference for convenience. Overall, a great stay!

The only downside was that the taxes and deposit fee weren’t clearly listed during booking, so I had to make some last-minute budget adjustments. Also, there wasn’t much of a view from the room—but overall, it didn’t take away from the comfort of the stay.

After a last-minute cancellation of a two-bedroom suite by the Residence Inn in Rancho Cordova, we quickly booked this Hyatt House property in Natomas—and we’re so glad we did. We requested a one-bedroom suite plus an adjacent king room with a connecting door, and the hotel delivered exactly that. It made a huge difference for our family. The front desk staff was welcoming, efficient, and helpful. The rooms were spotless, updated, and thoughtfully laid out. The beds were especially comfortable, and the overall experience felt calm, clean, and modern. After staying here, I genuinely started questioning the value of my Marriott Bonvoy membership. My recent stays at various Residence Inns across the country have been consistently disappointing. In contrast, this Hyatt House exceeded expectations and provided a level of service and comfort that Marriott properties have recently lacked. Highly recommended—especially for families needing flexible room arrangements and professional service.

The parking is a huge challenge. Always full at night.

1/ Location - proximity to SMF 2/ The bar area where you could order food! Worth a good tip. 3/ The concierge added my Hyatt number to the account. Because getting the room through "booking" that number did not appear. I always try for a Hyatt when I travel, and would like SOMEDAY to gert a benefit from all those points I build up. I'll be going to Monterey CA and Milwaukee WI and will try for a Hyatt.

The usual compliment of towels were not in the room, I had to phone down for them, but they were delivered within 1/2 hour. NOTE: The faucet handle (when you turn it on) hits the glass mirror, with a clink. This could be a problem!

My room was wonderful except for a couple of "hiccups" - but mommy and easy to get around in. The food was terrific the night of my stay and the next morning... just surprised at breakfast no bacon or sausage.

Since it was a handicap room - it should have been a shower one, although they did provide a bench to attach, but that would be hard for a person in a wheelchair. Also, for someone in a wheelchair the thermostat was way too high. The the room had not been used in awhile as the bathtub was dirty. The bathroom fan ran ALL the time, I asked for someone to fix it, but never got that done. Did report it and no shower gel when I checked out. But... sometimes there are hiccups - but still a wonderful facility!!

The hotel and room were very clean, and the room was spacious. The bed was so comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. There is complementary printing in the workstation, which was really handy. The staff was exceedingly kind.

There was a pool, but no hot tub, which was disappointing. The breakfast was not good, but it was included, so I choked down some oatmeal, and my daughter had cereal. The coffee isn't good either, but there's a Starbucks not far from the property.

Modern, clean facility.

The restaurant/bar food was beyond horrible. Don't eat there. My husband had a hamburger and I had a chicken sandwich. The chicken was a thin slice of this hard thing that I could not bite or chew. I left the whole thing without eating it. The burger was dry and my husband only ate a quarter of it. The bill was $50. Turned us off so badly that we did not try breakfast.

The rooms are spacious and I love having a couch in the room that is comfortable to sit on. The common area of the hotel has plenty of tables to sit at. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was that we had a handicapped accessible room. When running the shower, water got all over the bathroom floor. Had to use the towels to soak it up.

Mostly everything from the staff to the amenities were excellent! Clean, sleek, and comfortable.

Complimentary breakfast was a bit lackluster, but serviceable. Eggs, potatoes, yogurt parfait, cereal, bread, bagels, and fruit. The outdoor pool also laid waste to a few dead bugs unable to escape its watery depths; however, this is a given with pools of this type.

Clean room that was a good size. Free parking. Facility was really close to the freeway. Grocery, restaurant, and fast food options all close by. The staff at the front desk was super friendly!

I have to really nit pick for this, but there was only one trash receptacle in the room. Could've used at least one more.
