We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really friendly, helpful, and informative. We didn't get her name, but the lady who set up and maintained the continental breakfast was very sweet, friendly, and helpful. We usually stay with my mother-in-law when we visit Sacramento, but this was a surprise birthday for her, so she didn't know we were coming. We have decided we will be staying at this hotel when we visit Sac again. It was very well priced (affordable). Thank you all for everything.

I guess they are doing some renovating. I think it was just the outside. I'm not sure, but the room we were staying in was on the backside. You could see out the window where it was gated. There was trash and debris. It's kind of unsightly, but it wasn't a big issue.

The parking was not good. I came back about 11:30PM and had to park in a fire lane because there was no other spot. I didn't feel especially safe having to walk so far to my room from there. OR having to leave my car in a fire lane. The light switches were in odd spots making it hard to find the light switch (that worked for the bathroom lights) in the dark.

Workers always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and worker very friendly and showed me where things were if couldn't find.

Remodeling but will look beautiful when finished. Everyone all workers were very good even through this remodeling. That made a difference for a situation that was going on. Workers had everything we needed.

Spacious and clean room with a good shower. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was well laid out and reasonably good. The Free Shuttle was very helpful. Everything went smoothly.

I would've appreciated a better variety of fresh fruit and some healthier options for breakfast for this hotel's price point but that's just my personal preference.

There was no parking spots available . There were 2 trucks with trailers that were parked in about 5 parking spaces . This is the only issue I had but it is a big issue so this would make not want to rebook a room here .

It was clean and spacious. Showers and bath were extremely clean. Air/Heat worked well.

It's undergoing renovation so it was a bit complicated to get around and also parking. Pool and hot tub closed. Beds are not very firm so for us not the best. Beds are a personal choice so for someone eles it may be great.

We were promised a breakfast as we were taking the 4 a.m. shuttle to the airport on 6-30-22. Melinda was the staff person who checked us in on 6-29-22. She ordered 2 breakfasts and we were to get the breakfast bags prior to our shuttle trip. We went to the desk and there were no breakfasts. Instead we were given protein bars. The breakfasts should never have been promised if they weren't available. We were disappointed.

The staff was amazing. My experience with booking.com was horrible. Booking.com customer service was horrible, but Hampton made it all work out and I cancelled through booking and booked straight from the hotel. I have deleted my booking.com app as this was not my first bad experience with bookin.com.

I loved everything about the Hampton and the kind staff. BOOKING.COM WAS HORRIBLE> They never put my reservation through to the hotel and then they tried to rebook me at a hotel that was in a horrible neighborhood in downtown Sacramento whos rates were $59.00 per night. The Best Value inn. I was furious because they meaning booking.com told me that Hampton did not have any rooms, and that was a lie because I was sitting in their lobby and they booked a room direct for me. Cheaper and nicer then Booking.com. Booking.com offered me 25 euros for my trouble. I live in the USA, why would they offer me Euros.

The location, Staff and the breakfast were all great. Breakfast had a good variety of foods!

The Property seemed to be a little run down. The carpets were dirty, especially in the elevator. The hot tub was not working and looked awful.

The breakfast offerings were top notch. The best I've ever had for an included breakfast. There are many great places to eat lunch and dinner within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and a pleasure to use. The coffee bar available 24 hours was awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is no outside seating of any kind, there's plenty of space to put a few benches or maybe even a table with benches so guests can enjoy the outdoor beauty. The towels provided at the pool are way too small.
