The location is great! Close to everything, food & shopping. Lots of choices and close to freeway. The hotel is very nice and they do offer breakfast, which is ok, nothing great but at least it is offered. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice, we liked having the hand held shower head.

All was actually very nice, the layout of the room is a little different but not a deal breaker. The TV didn't get a couple of main channels we wanted and the 'guy' came to our room to check it out but said he thought it was the tv provider..? No major problems and enjoyed our 3 night stay! We had a couple of drinks at the bar there, thought they were a little expensive, but at least we didn't have to drive after having them.

The property was nice, clean and very cozy inside. Lots of common area and gathering area. The room was very spacious and decorated modern and without carpet-huge win! There is no smoking and no pets allowed on premises, which allows everything to smell fresh and is easy on the lungs for anyone with pulmonary challenges. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The prices at the restaurant and for a room service are very reasonable. And the food was great!

Parking is limited and narrow. There was a large event going on in the lobby and in the front of the hotel during our stay. I could not find a parking spot and had to drive around for 45 minutes until one became available. I didn’t feel comfortable parking my car down the street and walkingto the hotel with a little kids and leaving my car in an area that I didn’t know. This happened several throughout the day as we left and returned. It was a complete inconvenience.

The area felt safe, the grounds were well kept & the interior was very nicely done. The front desk gentleman that checked us in was very nice & friendly. The beds were super comfortable. Overall it was a great place to sleep for the night & close to the sports facility we played at.

The bathroom situation. Right when you walk in the door the toilet & shower are right there & it just didn't feel private as a bathroom should, but it was all nicely done. The kids said the pool was dirty & not heated much. They also ask for a credit card to hold a $100 damage protection that I was not aware of. The breakfast was just your average hotel breakfast, nothing special

Location is good, I stayed there due to proximity to the airport. The hotel itself seemed fairly new and the room had some different design features that I had not encountered before. I also enjoyed the dining and bar facility within the hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The room thermostat control was somewhat challenging to use and while grateful for the air conditioning, it was a bit loud. But at least it worked.

Hotel looks new and well maintained. Properly decorated, has a nice looking lake beside it and close to shopping area and restaurants. Airport shuttle is also a big help for tourists like us.

I just wish that some people in the concierge would smile more and would make the guests feel more welcome to the hotel. But generally, everyone where trying to do their best.

I stay in a lot of hotels, I travel a lot for work, and I thought I'd take a chance at your facility. I love the floor plan, layout, the water closet and shower separate from the sleeping area, the different racks for coffee and microwave, and the cabinet to hang close. The barn door divided the sleeping area from the bath area. The modern upgrades of the hardwood floors are just something different and contemporary I appreciate

The only thing I had trouble with is I upgraded to your hotel. My company was willing to pay a portion, and I would spend the difference on my credit card. They couldn't understand what I was trying to do, so I just quit trying to explain what I needed to do. Was, I wanted to pay $800 on my company card and put the balance on my card, and the clerk (courteous and helpful) couldn't accommodate me for this transaction. That was my only issue other than that, as it was five stars.

The employees were fantastic. Hotel was clean. Room was great. Driver of shuttle to airport was very friendly. I would stay here again

The restaurant. I ordered sizzling fajitas for 24.99. I was very hungry First, they brought me out another dish When I finally got my dinner, I was very put off. They also way overcharged for alcohol drinks.

Absolute best thing ever was LATE CHECK OUT! For $50, I was able to stay until 2pm!! Or they had an option of $25 for a check out of 12-1pm. Also it was quite, but located close to a lot of food and shopping. Most parking was big enough for a truck. Pool felt slightly heated, which made swimming in February possible. Also BIG work out room with all NEW appliances!

*Before you READ just know I would definitely stay here again!!* So... I wanted to stay 1 additional day and they said it would be additional $200 plus tax. When I was already staying for 2 nights at $350 tax included. It felt like they said that price because they didn't want me to stay longer. Great besides that, I stay at a lot of hotels in a lot of states and that was an odd conversation. I've never had a hotel want to charge more for a Monday than they do for Saturday/Sunday. Also, Breakfast was additional charge, but I know that before I booked.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The roads are easy to navigate we never encountered traffic jams in the local area. Daily housekeeping was a pleasant surprise.

The room was a little smaller than expected. The A/C unit is VERY noisy when starting up, but it gets quieter after about a minute our so.

Safal, Alexis, and Harsh were so welcoming. Played Jenga, had some beverages and went for a night swim! The suite that Safal upgraded us too was really nice! Thank you! We stayed one night and flew out of Sacramento to Honolulu to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary.
