Our room was spotless, and the hotel was as well in the public areas. Breakfast was very good and laid out beautifully for self service. The Chef was so pleasant and helpful. All staff were very friendly and helpful as well and even allowed us to check in a little early so we could walk to a restaurant for a late lunch. We ate dinner ordered from the grill at the hotel bar, and our sandwich and fries were super fresh and good. We will definitely stay there again when in Sacramento as the hotel shuttle is a major plus to/from the airport

The only suggestion I have is that the room could use a small led puck light at the coffee station. Even with the overhead lights on, it's hard to see when filling the coffee pot with water. Other than that everything else was perfect!

The hotel was very clean and well appointed. The beds were wonderful to sleep on, and the shower was refreashing. I had an excellent nights sleep. The breakfast was wonderful and the attending wait person was very pleasent and accomodating. The checkout staff was efficient. Overall, I was delighted with the experience and the cost was very reasonable.

I have nothing that I didn't like. The experience was the best I have had, and I am usually a Hilton customet. When I called them they quoted $399.00 for a one night stay. I feel that price is rediculous. Keep up the good work.

The hotel staff provided exceptional customer service 24/7. Very friendly atmosphere and clean establishment. Breakfast was great, selections were very healthy and to my surprise you were able to served your breakfast entrees on glass plates and your choice of milk or orange juice in a glass and not in a paper plate or cup. I am very happy that I selected the hotel. We stayed for 5 days and requested housekeeping and upon return each day, the room was cleaned. It was a 5-10 minute drive from Sacramento International Airport and if needed, the hotel does provide transportation from/to the airport. I felt very safe parking and walking outside of the facility. I will be returning soon to Sacramento, CA and will be staying at the same hotel.

Everything was great.

The staff, specifically Bal Kaur, made our stay at Hyatt Place wonderful. My father is elderly and Bal was so helpful in assisting me with getting him to our room! She definitely went above and beyond in her assistance with my dad and accommodations altogether! I can only hope she will be recognized and accommodated in some manner for her can do attitude and loving nature in making sure all her guests are taken care of to the best of her ability!!!

We were in room #101 which is the last room on the hallway next to the exit door. The location was excellent in the respect that it allowed my dad to not have to walk very far to reach our room but the door slams whenever anyone comes or goes through it which is very annoying and disturbing when trying to sleep.

Perfect place for a family of 5. Love the option of a sleeper sofa.

The management in the kitchen kept lying about serving meat: “we only serve meat Monday-Thursday, and Monday morning changed it to “we only serve meat Fri-Sunday”. We were there 3 nights Friday- Monday and no meat was served for breakfast, although all the signs in the elevators showed meat with the included breakfast. We booked this hotel because we had 3 teenagers to feed and the advertising showed full breakfast.

Breakfast was a little plain. Other places will mix up scramble eggs with a prepared omlette and a machine that prepares Waffles and Pancakes. Bacon strips were not good at all and did not offer sausage as an option any of the days I was there. I attended a Board Meeting which included breakfast, and the bacon, sausage and potatoes were much better than hotel guest breakfast. All that being said the hotel Guest breakfast is free so I never want to complain.

This hotel caters to Sacramento airport very well. They have parking on site ($15 for each night after your stay) and a free shuttle to and from the airport (about 10 min ride). The room rate was reasonable for this purpose. It was pouring rain the morning I left.....so it was great catching their shuttle under the roof....and getting a ride to the terminal. The room was clean, the staff was great. I did not have breakfast or the free coffee in the lobby.

The breakfast is not free, nor is it .10 cents as you stated. When you screenshot their cube for hotel information it states the breakfast is complimentary, but when I got there I was told it was $12.00. I showed them what they had stated and that didn’t seem to matter to either the host or the reservation desk.

When you first walk in it smells good!!! I did ask and I guess I wasn’t the only one because the guy at the counter said a lot of people ask the same question but he doesn’t know it would be great for us to know what fragrance you have in your diffusers because it smelt amazing.

I know there was a weekend concert going on, but the property should be looked over every day right when you come in the front door on the ashtrays had puke all over it… the coffee cups in my room were dirty and used not fresh or clean.

Arrived a little early, Karn checked us in, and he was extremely helpful and pleasant. He helped us with booking the airport shuttle for the morning and also with returning our rental car early. Interacted with many staff at dinner and breakfast during our stay, and everyone was great. The room was clean and modern. Our a/c worked a little too well and had to turn it up in the middle of the night. As this was my first experience with a hyatt place, I can honestly say, I would definitely book there again.
