They had ready and available rooms. After making my way to Sacramento to reclaim my car for repossession, I had doubts I would be able to find a room at an affordable price and have availability of room should I need to extend my stay. I extended my date by 2 days, one of those days was necessary due to a scheduling conflict, and the other one was just for leisure. So I was able to accomplish what I needed and I did not have to worry about where I would be staying thanks to Motel 6 Sacramento CA.

The location was easy to find and had an IHOP next door. There was laundry facilities which was not mentioned in the description so we were pleasantly surprised. Microwave and fridge in room. Clean and comfortable - a better Motel 6 than most.

The washing machine’s soap dispenser had been welded shut so there was no way to add detergent. We didn’t discover this until after the cycle started. Asked for a refund to try the other machine and after a big hassle was granted a “re-do” on the other machine.

The service at the front desk was excellent. She was very helpful and professional she was very cordial and helped me with whatever I needed. She made my stay very pleasant. I will stay there again because of the service at motel 6. I'm bad on names, but she worked the front desk..

The Motel 6 tele-operator has all been very helpful and courteous each time I called in for a question on the room I booked and have even upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost. The sight facility associates are just the same. They explain everything thoroughly and generally give me the impression that they are happy to welcome me to stay.

I like how the staff is bubbly and really nice they welcome you and aren't rude like other hotels.. they also listen and understand what people go threw and they help out to there best the capability. . They also pet friendly and just gave my dog attention and lots of treats

The double bedroom with 2 beds I felt crammed little other then that I didn't have a problem with anything else

It was right by the elevator, easy access clean had a fridge and microwave

They locked me out of my room 20 minutes before my check out time was taking my stuff down to my car and I got locked out. Had to walk to the office to get a new.

i had a problem earlier this week. Even though I showed management the numerous times I stayed there the would not except my temp licence and other credit cards to allow me to stay.

I was treated a lot better with my permanent drivers licence. Same credit cards same pictures of the times I stayed there as well as Woodland for

Other customers staying there were constantly outside yelling, fighting and police being called. Staff not friendly. Due to all this I will not be staying there again.

this motel 6 exceeded my expectations, the price was excellent. i will stay here again. you get way more than what you pay for.

Comfortable beds, clean room, wonderful friendly staff, air conditioning, felt safe, very close to food, and modernized room
