Breakfast was okay . We got a bagel and orange juice the line for the waffles was to long and the oatmeal was slimy but we didn’t expect much so we were happy with what we got. The pool was nice but it was very cold and the water is not heated. It was only 14 minutes from thunder valley casino. We went to a concert so that was the purpose of our visit.

There was no full mattress cover. It appeared someone vomited down the side of the bed which is disgusting. There was a half empty water bottle that was left in the fridge from the previous guest so I assume the room wasn’t cleaned well. The body wash dispenser was broken and sharp making it difficult to get soap out so we had to call for another. We were giving 2 half rolls of toilet paper.

The facility, rooms, breakfast areas were all very clean and well kept. I loved the room had a small kitchenette (nice appliances, fridge,microwave, coffee pot, and sink!) Very impressed with the layout of the room!! (King suite) All staff members I came in contact with were very polite and friendly. There was lots do to and access very easily in close proximity. The free breakfast was really good and my son always loves a place that has DIY waffles (they were REALLY good too!!) The only bummer was the pictures online show a pool however it's not for their hotel, it's for the one next door. The front desk informed me that sometimes they let people from Springhill Suites use the pool if it's not too crowded. We didnt try but to be honest that IS why we booked there. Everything turned out so well otherwise I seriously can't complain. We will definitely stay again if needed.

Just that is advertised a pool and it wasn't really ours to access freely.

Great staff! On check-in, Front Desk saw that my wife was on wheelchair, so they changed room to barrier-free. I had booked SpringHill Suites because it was close to Placer County Courthouse. I had a Small Claims hearing against a different lodging operator (Hyatt Vacation Club/WHV Resorts). It was good location for that purpose. My hearing was scheduled for 8:30 am, but even at 11 am, my case still hadn't been called yet. I called the Roseville SpringHill to tell them that checking out on time would be problematic. The Front Desk told me right away that they would extend checkout time to 1 pm. The staff was very accommodating and understanding. The lady in charge of breakfast did an excellent job, attentive to the spread. Food was good. Unfortunately, because I was rushing to clear the room, I forgot to leave the tip. Apologies to Karima, Samantha, and other staff whose names I never got. I highly recommend Roseville SpringHill.

I checked in on a holiday evening, and almost everything was closed. I wasn't sure where to go for something to eat. I asked the person working at the front desk about the area, and he offered me an extra pepperoni pizza he had already there! I prefer vegetarian meals, but I TRULY appreciated the offer. Very kind... 🙏

I wish the indoor pool had been much warmer. My sister, visiting me, couldn't even swim. It was so cold for an indoor pool. If there had been a spa, it would've evened out the coldness of the pool. The kids, however, were fine with it and enjoyed swimming for a couple of hours.

Rooms are very spacious if impersonal. Breakfast was better than average - the ubiquitous waffles but also some hot egg offerings.

Seems silly to charge $10 for parking. Roseville is the land of hundreds of malls with thousands of parking places. Driving in this area is pretty much required.

The hotel is one of the closest to lots of shopping centers and restaurants. The free hot breakfast is perfectly worth it. They served different kinds of hot meals every day. We also like the friendly welcoming staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.

The only downside is the AC in our bedroom. It was too loud. And we could even hear as well the AC from the other room.

The staff that checked me in, Chaz and Araya, were great. They were personable, friendly and very helpful. I was able to use the swimming pool a couple times and it was very nice. The perfect temperature for a senior woman! I also like the fact that it was very quiet.

I asked to be relocated because my room air conditioner was picking up the cigarette smoke. As a heart patient with respiratory issues, being close to cigarette smoke is not ideal for me. In my new room it was fine until a couple days later cigarette smoke was coming through the air conditioner again. It turns out my room was located right next to the outdoor ashtray.

Only thing I would improve is have extra towels /lined ready. I asked for 2 extra towels and front desk said they didn't have any because the dryer was too load to use it at night. I completely understand that but if you know you cant use it late then it would be a good idea to have some ready for guest earlier.

Location was good for what we needed, it was clean and breakfast was good. The space for the hotel was good. We fit our two children in the room with us without a problem.

The pull out bed was a little difficult to figure out, and there were no directions. Not quite enough bedding For us all, and there was not enough staff on site to bring us bedding in a timely matter. The pillows were not the greatest, it made our sleep a bit uncomfortable.

The electricity went out at my mother's home and was expected to be out in her area for several days. I was looking for something nice and close, but not too close because we'd already had the power go out at one hotel! I was so happy to find Springfield. It was close to home, the staff was so nice, the room was nice and had everything she needed.

A walk in shower would be nice, but it was ok.
