I loved how spacious the room was and the cleanliness. The pool is awesome one of the main reasons why I booked. Breakfast awesome as well. Location is awesome close to everything.

At checking in she asked if it was ok for shower only I told her no because when I come out to relax and love to soak my bubble baths are the best part of being on any type of vacation. She said ok and said she changed it and when I got up to the room it was short only. If it wasn’t available than say so. Not just say you gave us a room with a tub and don’t. I was exhausted and wasn’t in the mood to go back down or hassle about it. The amenities is great was a little disappointed not having at least one complementary water.

The two-bedroom suite was fantastic! Bedrooms were huge and the beds comfortable. Both bathrooms were very nice as well. The kitchen was very well-equipped and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Everything was clean and modern. The setting is beautiful, nestled in among big oak trees.

The fold-out couch was extremely uncomfortable. We ended up moving the mattress to the floor so my daughter didn't have the bar poking her in the back all night. The noise from the highway was a bit annoying, and we got woken up at 7:45 a.m. by leaf blowers, so if you are sensitive to noise, request a room on the inside, away from the road.

The location was near my destination and convenient to get to!

The timeframe for the free breakfast was not given nor discussed by the front desk clerk when we checked in. So, when we arrived at 10:15am on Saturday morning we we told it ended at 10am! Strange how no signs were posted nor were we informed in advance; (unfortunate, because I selected this location because of this amenity).

My family and I loved this hotel! It has everything! Great location, it's comfortable, and it gave each member of the family the privacy they needed! 😉 Excellent for when you travel with your teenage children, also very clean and comfortable, good service from the moment we arrived 100% recommendable!!

The front desk clerk, Zak was great. He had a great sense of humor, good personality, professional and friendly and very helpful. I was also very appreciative of the temperature of the indoor pool. It was just perfect and I was able to take a nice swim. Also, it was quiet and no one was smoking.

I did not like the $12 parking charge. It does seem like a money grab. People have to park at the hotel they stay at.

the kitchen inside the room with complete utensils, it’s good for a family of 4-6.

I suggest to have a certain area where guest could have access to hotel umbrellas and could leave their individual umbrellas near the entrance. that time we checked in, it’s rainy so heavy. lucky, your front-desk officer (tall dark skin lady & young & friendly), lend us her personal umbrella. that’s indeed a kind gesture for us when we’re about to take dinner at a Japanese restaurant nearby.

The front desk(Kyle) went above beyond to ensure safety and hospitality to my wife and I. He sets a great example for the hospitality industry. THANKS SO MUCH!

The proximity to the Waterpark, restaurants, and shopping is excellent

We were on the road for three weeks, so laundry services on 2nd floor really made it simple. Room was very nice with full kitchen so we could eat in room comfortably. Gym next door my wife said was the best gym she has every been to, next to NYC. Staff was very nice. We were concerned they missed our room for cleaning, but were assured they just did late cleanings up to 5pm. It was done soon after. Sacramento has a bad problem with homeless. We move from a Hampton Inn in Arden Arcade that was horrid (we were suppose to stay 4 nites there). Roseville much nicer. Nice location.

Room walls are not very sound proof. We could hear everything in the next room. And I mean everything.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone at the front desk was so understanding when we needed a little extra time to leave the room. We had a cheer competition with 20+ little girls and we never once got in trouble lol. We will be staying here every year or whenever we need a place in the area. Thank u

Breakfast was not up to their usual standard due to covid. Not sure why the restrictions are still in place. Only in Sacramento. Choices were lacking.

Just a lack of choices. Breakfast sandwiches were made with pancakes not muffins. Pool not available for a whole day and night due to large family birthday party. Not good on a really hot day but we did ok and went later in evening for an hour with our young granddaughter.
