The staff was so friendly! Everyone I talked to was helpful and nice. The room was spacious and clean. It was more than adequate for my needs. Parking was plentiful. Close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. My bed was very comfortable.

The included breakfast was just sad. Stale donuts and watered down coffee. Outlets in the room were not close to the bed. I wish they would replace the lamps with newer lamps with outlets/USBs inside the lamp base, or something else to have outlets/USBs on the nightstands.

The location is calm and surrounded by restaurants, shops and pharmacies. It was affordable at a time when everything was really expensive. the place was clean and quiet.

The exit door had a gap, so it wasn't closed fully. There were three locks to secure it, but it was a little unsettling to see the space. I think the door should be replaced to fit the space completely. Also, the sound on the TV kept going out and I had to plug and unplug the box to get it to work. I don't think this is a guest responsibility. I think a new box should be put in.

The room was quite spacious and we had considerable gear with us, so that was a bonus. The room was pretty clean and the beds were easy to inspect for "unwanted guests" if you know what I mean (none found!). Stayed only one night so I didn't make full use of things, but it had what we needed and proximity to the places we intended to visit.

The patterns on the marble walls in the shower make hair hard to see so I understand, but there were several medium length hairs on the shower walls. Otherwise, I thought the room was very clean, so it's a matter of them being disguised!

We were passing through before a flight out of Sacramento Airport, so your location was great for us. the room was clean and the bathroom too. Good coffee in the morning. the staff were very gracious and friendly. Some more pictures on the walls would have added a bit of charm.

A small night light would have saved some electricity. I need a bit of light when in an unfamiliar place.

It was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable it was like the Tempur-Pedic or memory foam type of bed. We got a good night's sleep.

Bathroom needs to be updated several things that need to be fixed. Window would not open to let this steam out from using the shower, some of the walls were cracked and some of the sheerock dust and particles on the carpet. Too many people standing outside smoking marijuana, but I guess as long as they're smoking it outside and not inside the room is good. Don't like the smell of marijuana never touched it never will!

This property was great and a perfect fit for my needs. My car was being repaired down the street and the shop finished early. I was able to request a shortened stay and the staff refunded the extra day! One note regarding the shower... the shower head is inoperable. The setting was not good for me and this shower head should be replaced. This caused a large quantity of water to splash out of the tub and onto the floor.

This was the nicest- well-priced hotel I've been to in a long time. It was 113 the day I stayed, and the room's AC was on when I arrived and worked very well. The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and told me about the $100 deposit hold on my card for incidentals.

I liked the location. The staff was very helpful. The cleaning staff was there when I needed them. It was a clean room. It was quiet. I parked my car in front of my room. I had a room for handicapped and it had all that I needed. Even a captioned TV.

What I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer.
