The location is good, close to the highway but a little bit aside, so it doesn't feel like a motel, and there is no noise from cars. The room was spacious, the bedrooms were comfy, excellent cleanless. It looks like everything in the room is almost new. The shower, bathtub, and sink are designed to be convenient for everyone: adults, children, and elderly or disabled people.

A gap at the bottom between the door and the door frame allowed noise from the hallway to be heard in the room. The extra parking payment seems odd, given that the parking lot is not special, the driveway is narrow, and it is not very convenient overall.

We stayed in Roseville for a Noah Kahan concert nearby. We were checked in efficiently and a bit early. The staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were soft and comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean.

Our room air conditioner controls didn’t work, but we didn’t bother asking for a fix because it was cool enough without it, so we just unplugged the entire unit. There isn’t a ton to do nearby aside from the Westfield mall, but the area does have a handful of lovely coffee shops (check out World Travelers Roasters). Otherwise, expect to be eating primarily fast food.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly, I know "it's their job," but they were very accommodating. The person checking in before me had requests, and they were very professional and kind. The hotel was clean. The shower had good pressure. The pillows were good. It was quiet and well kept. My key worked properly, and the mattress was very comfy! So comfy I wanted to take it home and just let them charge me 😂 [but I didn't!]...........The parking lot was clean if that kinda thing matters to anyone, lol......And if you're used to folks walking around all hours of night, yellin, creepin and tweekin.....you will not find it here!!! (I didn't see any in the ENTIRE TOWN), and it was refreshing!!!!!!

There were many events going on at the time of our stay and the lot was full so we had to park a little bit away from the hotel, however the parking lot was safe and vehicle was just as I left it. This wasn't a huge problem for me personally. However, if u have sore legs or any disabilities it might be inconvenient.

Very nice property, very friendly employees. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms we clean and good-sized. We all had a very enjoyable stay.

The only negative, and it was brief, was the bathrooms in both rooms had an unpleasant odor to them when we first got there. It may have been some sort of cleaner, but to us it smelled oddly like vomit. After running the shower and keeping the fan on for a little while, the smell eventually went away.

I liked the quiteness the size of the room it was perfect for my dad and I and miss Sophia .. also has mentioned when checking in that I would like a bathtub and she said let me make that happen so very helpful and the breakfast was surburb

That when walking the dog there was no trash cans outside whatsoever. I had to walk to the other property to throw trash away because you don’t wanna leave dog poop inside, so I wouldn’t throw it inside. But other than that the property was well-maintained but I noticed that there was cups outside on top of the keypad And such around the building from people leaving their coffee cups and stuff

Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.

Did not appreciate the $100 charge for a 12-pound dachshund. Cost was $114 for spouse and wife with a “free” breakfast. Molly, 12-pound doxxie got nothing of value for the money. Felt taken advantage of. Molly goes everywhere with us as she is not a licensed service dog, but she helps her deaf parents by alerting them to sounds.

Excellent breakfast. My partner never satisfied with “continental “ breakfast but there were enough choices that even he was pleased.

Everything was shut down quickly at end of breakfast time. No leeway. If you came down at end of time you have to hurry to get wheatyou want or it was gone lol

It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very accommodating!

I called when I found out that there was a $12.00 parking fee. After speaking with the desk clerk, I was told that the fee would be waved for the 2 cars.... After I was checked out I noticed I was charged for parking for 1 of our 2 cars when I was told the fee was waved for both.

I really liked this place. It was clean and had good amenities.

Unfortunately the bed was too soft and sloped a bit.

Check in clerk was courteous and accommodated us for early check in. Food services had a good variety. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Would definitely stay again when in that area.

Young kids running around up and down the stairs. No microwave in rooms.
